Hunt down massive beasts and, upon destroying them, shapeshift into their forms in order to use their powers to save or destroy the world. Players with less violent intent can find secret paths to complete Mable without killing anything, including bosses.

I've played for about an hour and a half on the twitch version I got for free despite only playing for 20 minutes on steam. I honestly just had to stop because the movement of the spider ability just feels so rough around the edges and makes the game unfun to play. It will drag you along edges of platforms in a very wonky way and sometimes clanks with enemies or other platforms off screen, making you fall into spikes immediately. It brings down the whole experience since that is the main gameplay for both combat and movement, and it's almost necessary because the fairy ability isn't nearly as fast moving.
This is a console ported 2D retro pixel platformer infesting the Steam marketplace (there are literally thousands of these games). This one has a gimmick where you must shapeshift into other forms to jump around and perform attacks. On launch, the developer immediately insults every PC gamer everywhere by insisting you use a console peasant childrens toy gamepad. Are they not aware this is PC? Or just couldn't work out KB+M? There's no graphics tweaking options, resolution is fixed, so this falls far beneath minimum acceptable standard for PC. Despite being released in 2019, the developer chose to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. Taking all these failings into account, they're still trying to slug PC gamers $21 for this bundlemeat. $21 would you a real game like Frostpunk or Borderlands 2, for comparison. Impossible to recommend poor quality console ported shovelware like this.
amazing idea for a game janky/clunky as hell gave this game sooo many trys, really wanted to like/finish it
Genre
Ein 2D Action Plattformer mit leichten Metroidvania Einlagen
Story
Achievements
Es gibt insgesamt 34 Erfolge. Hierfür muss man das Spiel u.a. mindestens 4 mal beenden.

Follow Main group
 Follow Second group
 Follow third group
I recommend this game despite its many flaws, especially at the $3 sale price. I had fun, couldn’t put it down, and actually reached the ending, which is more than I can say for most games I try these days. I never saw a forest or got any boss fights or abilities, and the game seemed weirdly difficult and surreal… I guess I did the pacifist route by accident? I have many complaints, such as the crystal currency being pointless because you lose most of it every time you get hit and every time you die too, and the game throws you into Super Meat Boy type challenges constantly where you’ll die a dozen times in a row, and there’s hardly anywhere or anything to spend crystals at/on throughout the game anyway. There’s also a key in the middle of a crypt area that’s extremely easy to miss, and if you don’t happen to see it then the game leads you in circles infinitely. I also didn’t know there was a map screen and wasn’t given any maps, until at least halfway through the game (but somehow got the “all maps” achievement at the end?). There are unexplained secret controls like “hold down to inspect”. And the character physics are pretty janky, for example enemies knock you really fast and all walls are perfectly frictionless so you’ll rocket around corners at unexpected moments. But, again, I still enjoyed the game despite all that. I played on Steam Deck and it worked fine there. The frame rate stayed locked at 30 as designed except in a couple of late game areas where the game slowed to a crawl, and rebooting the game fixed it.
locked at 30 fps, checked the entire steam store page and nowhere is mention the 30 fps lock cap, only 1 reviewer did. In fact, the first gif is accelerated even...
Innovative but tedious mechanics, nice world and premise i suppose.
