Luxor 2

Ce jeu ne fonctionne pas sur Win 10 - j'ai essayé différents modes de compatibilité, sans succès - comme l'opus précédents: Certaines versions plus récentes marchent sans problème (Luxor 3, Evolved, etc.)

Ich kann gar nicht sagen, was mir gefallen hätte oder nicht. Das Spiel startet einfach nicht. Laut der Community geht es vielen anderen genauso. Warum wird der Fehler nicht behoben???

Luxor 2 is a sequel to Luxor and improves upon the simple, yet addictive match 3 formula. Similar to the other titles in the franchise, orbs travel along a track to a finish (a game over if it occurs) where you must match away the segments. The graphics are more shiny and polished here. The music is even better than in the first game. The UI, controls, and settings are mostly the same with a few bugs. I have had power-ups be collected then when I launch them, it disappears and transforms into a colored orb (which usually breaks my chain, costing me points). The targeting arrow is incorrect as it doesn't truly indicate where an orb will go. For example, on a corner, you can move your mouse to certain angles and the targeting arrow will show that you can shoot somewhat up a line of orbs (as if to shoot through them) to make a match with that color, but it won't and it will hit the first orb on the corner, breaking your combo. If points are important, I had a severe bug where I was playing the bonus level after stage 4 and my power went out. After booting the game up some time later, I was on stage 5-1 and I had 0 points. i Not too much else to say since these games are epitome of simple fun. I would recommend this to match 3 players or anyone looking for a great, new franchise to play with.

Great game - If you complain it doesn't work, just patch it with pirated .exe files from online versions. No idea why MumboJumbo released the games in this state, but they DO work out of the box, it's just that,for whatever reason, different .exe files work and others do not, and the one provided with Steam release is broken. It's seriously well worth playing this - The other positive reviews tell you all you need to know about the game and how it plays, so I'm not gonna bother writing that here.

Compatability issues aside, this game's "normal" mode is not designed to be beaten by normal humans. Unless you have played games of the similar genre before (eg. zuma, sparkle) be prepared to be devestated by the sheer difficulty of this game.
