This game is boring. The game is defects usually found in euroshmups : - Too few enemies with too many HP - A life bar - Inertia - I am not sure that the diagonals are normalized It is also impossible to remap controls. It also uses virtual key codes instead of scan codes. This means it uses WASD on every keyboard, whatever the physical position of those keys are, instead of a fixed position whatever the letters are.

Blue Rider is a bonafide old-school twin stick shooter with very mild bullet hell elements and a drastic difficulty curve. It never is too frustrating, it has countless boss fights as well as power ups and both sound and art design are actually quite great. Probably one of the biggest positive surprises I've had playing this year so far. If you like arcade twin-stick shooters and japanese bullet hell is too tough for you, this might be perfect.

Todavia no llegue a la final porque soy manquisimo pero...es un juegazo!! Aunque sea dificil y cueste te da cierta satisfaccion cada vez que pasas un stage jodido y cuando perdes ganas de seguir intentandolo. Visualmente me gusto mucho el mundo que crearon los chicos de Ravegan. El ost esta muy bien, sobre todo el del tercer stage, es mi favorito.

If you like old school shumps, then you'd enjoy this game. The aspect of powering up, scoring chains, earning extra lives, speed running, dodging, hidden items, etc., it is all there. Definitely a good buy for the price being just under 10 bucks. It's one of those games that starts off easy and is just an easy game to learn. However, as the game progresses along, it gets rather frantic and difficult if you're trying to run up a high score or go untouched, for example. Going for the different achievements adds some good replay value if you're wanting to master the game. I wish there was a story to it, even if there was just a basic intro in the beginning. I only say that because of how the end credits play out. It doesn't take away from the fun at all, just one of those things I'd have personally enjoyed seeing implemented into the game. Definitely recommended.
