原汁原味的卢克索二代，PSP版二代是移植的这个版本。 PSP上玩了很久，非常喜欢。 HD版的游标有Next颜色的显示，原版只有当前球颜色提示。 很喜欢2代的成就界面，重制版的成就界面很难看。 相比重制版感觉二代操作也更舒服一些，但是游标上有next提示感觉更方便玩一点。 原本打算给差评因为win10和win7无法启动 无法启动需要替换目录下文件

This game doesn't work. DO NOT BUY IT. Everytime you launch it, Steam says the game is running but nothing on your computer. Task manager doesnt even find it. To kill the feedback that say you're playing the game you have to reboot Steam...

Fun and classic game, with some caveats... Worth mentioning for anyone curious about the game, a majority of the reviews are regarding its broken state on modern Windows versions and dont reflect the quality of the game itself. If you can get it working its a great time like all the other Luxor games! If you're unsure and don't want to risk dropping $10 on a broken product, Luxor 2 HD is pretty close to the original and runs just fine on modern systems for the same price. For any other Linux users like me, it actually seems to work perfectly fine if you just switch the proton prefix's Windows version to an older version like Windows XP. Though regarding my low playtime thats mostly because most of my playtime has either been in Luxor 2 HD, or with the games executable copied to another folder to play mods with (seems to work as long as the game can detect Steam is at least open). Anyway I'll keep this a positive review because its a great game I think is worth checking out (on sale though, definitely not at full price), just keep in mind it might not work on Windows 10 or 11 without some tinkering so you may want to play Luxor 2 HD instead.

it's a great game but you need to do a quick patch to fix it to work on modern computers. grew up playing it a ton on big fish games and on iOS. follow the steps here to fix the issues! they are quite shrimple https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3624950234 alternatively get luxor 2 HD when it's on sale, that works out of the box. the main reason for this version is so that you can have mod support, as there's a ton of free mods with new maps and levels.

Basically, it’s the same casual game, just with some new textures and a couple of colors—turquoise and orange for the balls. The new stuff includes a dagger bonus and ball recoloring, while the good old scorpion bonus from Amun Rising got noticeably nerfed, which can sometimes make tense situations even tougher. Levels are now kind of 3D with little background animations, but it’s nothing to write home about. There are three different difficulty modes, plus survival and practice, but that doesn’t really save things. The bonus levels where you can only use daggers are super annoying. You end up mindlessly clicking, making your finger super tired, and you don’t really get anything from it—just farming points. In-game achievements are pretty meaningless too, just cold numbers that don’t make you want to keep playing. No real rewards, no useful Steam stuff, and no in-game trophy graphics here. The main problem with the game is the completely broken balance. In 'Expert' mode, the balls fly everywhere, making it almost impossible to build a proper long chain like in the first two games. The aim is off: the ball often goes nowhere near where you're aiming, so you can't really plan your shots when catapulting. I ended up dropping the game at level 10-4 because I wasn't in the mood to waste time on wonky aim, awful sounds, and no balance. This game in the series is definitely D-tier.
