About

Take on the role of David De Silva, a simple man who did the right thing in an impossible situation, only to find himself the first mayor of lunar city Artemis.

It’s the year 2131. Earth’s nations are united under a singular federation, and the people of this new society are subdued into practicing their professions under a new and undeniably competent supervision: The AIA.
Artificial Intelligence Absolute is a next-phase AI model that has become a global extension of the United Earth Federation in governing the people of the planet.
All human endeavor is surrendered to the oversight of algorithmic perfection in order to ensure flawless operation. There are many that dislike the idea, and for them, there is a place of refuge; a safe haven.

Artemis, originally built as an extraterrestrial mining outpost, is now the de facto promised land for a new way of life, a step back in the right direction, a self-proclaimed course correction toward the natural way of things.
For some time now, the dynamics between the United Earth Federation and Artemis have been in growing turmoil, and it will only get worse if the status quo persists.
Humankind is at a crossroads that will shape the future of the species.
And you, David De Silva, are a simple man.
Or you were, until today …

Engage in detailed discussions with various faction representatives to gather insights on matters concerning the city’s future. Serve as the final decision-maker on how to allocate the city's limited resources.

Choose between independence and alliance by siding with either the Lunar Independence Movement or United Earth Federation. Invest in the city’s living conditions to increase your popularity, or focus on the long-run and invest in self-sustainability, but brace for possible negative outcomes.

Decide whether to allow advanced AI systems into your city for the sake of convenience and comfort, or denounce the digitalist future and preserve the natural way of living. Beware: the people of Artemis do not take kindly to AI, even if it’s for their own well-being.

Discover how the hidden ties that bind humanity’s fate are paving the way toward an inevitable future, and the dark agenda behind the rapid rise of AI.
Dare to investigate the bloody cases of AI mind-reaping that riddle the back alleys of your city, or keep your nose clean at the risk of innocent lives.

I would recommend this game, but only just, at its current Early Access stage. The core concept is genuinely engaging. Managing a moon colony while balancing scarce resources and competing factions is a strong foundation. If you’re willing to tolerate Early Access bugs and rough edges, you’ll likely have a decent time. Just don’t expect a fully fleshed-out experience yet. If you’ve played Suzerain, you’ll probably notice some familiar DNA here. That’s not a bad thing. However, there’s also a risk you may feel slightly let down by the execution in Lunar Ascendants, or at least for now. Where the game struggles (in my opinion): The biggest issue for me is the lack of world and character depth, especially combined with a fairly harsh story trade-off system. The narrative can feel rushed and somewhat shallow. Characters often lack contradiction or nuance, which makes some of them come across as cartoonish rather than complex. There is clear potential here, but it feels like the developers may be trying to push too much too quickly. For a game that lives and dies on world coherence, that’s a risky line to walk. Just as the player must balance energy credits and Helium-3, the developers are balancing development speed and narrative cohesion. In this genre, if that balance tips too far, the structure can start to feel like a house of cards. That said, I don’t want to end on a negative note. There is real promise here. I plan to stick with the game and see how it develops, because the foundation is strong, it just needs more time and depth. If you’re looking to manage a lunar colony while juggling limited resources and factional pressure, you’ll likely enjoy yourself, just don’t expect a “perfect solution” experience yet.
Nice idea!
Unfortunately the game is way too short and only 10 turns. Not worth the current cost of the game.
The core of the game is very good. If they fix all bugs and softlocks it will be a very good game.
broken
Juego muy slop la verdad, mucho hype para nada al final
"Suzerain in space" they promised. It is an unfinished, incoherent, terrible mess of an excuse of a game, where the developers should feel ashamed even trying to mention Suzerain in the same context as this garbage of a creation. What is even worse, is that they released it in a sorry state, knowing it is bad, but they wanted *some* return on their money, knowing full well the quality of the game won't even hit their own terrible low standards either.
This has potential, however its a buggy mess right now. By turn 3 or 4 whenever you make a choice often you get the dialogue from different choices.
Full of bugs... its a mess
