Lumberjack's Dynasty

this games is a wonderful lumberjacking experience with a interesting community there is apparently more but i cannot for the life of me get past the early game loop of selling pallets of wood to a lumber yard. the ungodly tedious and boring drive could work as a torture for gamers. there is only one truck that can haul these pallets and it only fits 7 the drive itself takes about 4 minutes so you would think its not so bad. however when you can only sell these pallets for around 1-2k with no way of speeding things up or hiring workers it becomes a logistics sim where you need to bring hundreds of pallets, 7 at a time in order to progress to the true mid-game. This does not even take into consideration the drying that can be done to the pallets of planks. there is no upgrading your lumber mill only making the outside pretty with new boards as far as i know. i cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to get this game unless you wish to torture someone.

I got this game for $4 and I still want a refund after 14hrs. Zero quality of life options in this game. poor thought out missions 90% have nothing to do with lumber, but just running packages back and forth for your neighbors. You can have animals but no store to buy them. animal feed is just cut grass you have to pick up by hand one small pile at a time. Game loop feels broken and there is zero information on anything but cut tree toss in water and fix building with nail gun. You have no way to sell any thing from the saw mill unless you want to drive one pallet of planks across the map with a forklift for about $300. You get a quest to get a 6 wheel tree cutter but no truck to sell your goods. Overall feels unfinished, rushed, and then left rot leaving players with trash. the game feels like it is built more to be a fetch quest simulator than anything. Any real lumber work you do is janky as can be. Physics breaks on every thing. Walked into my truck now it sits on two wheels, tractor can pull thousands of pounds of wood but slows to a crawl just going up a slight hill. This game needs a massive quality of life overhaul to include even basic things like auto saves, any information on the game play loop, info on where to buy animals, and just maybe a way to sell stuff to make money instead of a forklift that you walk faster than it drives.
