Lumberjack's Dynasty

this games is a wonderful lumberjacking experience with a interesting community there is apparently more but i cannot for the life of me get past the early game loop of selling pallets of wood to a lumber yard. the ungodly tedious and boring drive could work as a torture for gamers. there is only one truck that can haul these pallets and it only fits 7 the drive itself takes about 4 minutes so you would think its not so bad. however when you can only sell these pallets for around 1-2k with no way of speeding things up or hiring workers it becomes a logistics sim where you need to bring hundreds of pallets, 7 at a time in order to progress to the true mid-game. This does not even take into consideration the drying that can be done to the pallets of planks. there is no upgrading your lumber mill only making the outside pretty with new boards as far as i know. i cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to get this game unless you wish to torture someone.

I really enjoy the game but it takes an extremely long time to complete chapter two and pay back your uncle, I think several updates like this would make the game great. Ability to hire Employees to sell materials to the Mill Ability to auto move machines around the map so you can use them rather than the long drives Machine to auto pick Eggs, auto Milk cows, and Auto Shave the sheep. Ability to buy seed to plant in green houses.

still after all this time the game is still not optimised at all yes i only have 40 minutes in the game and thats because i cant get over the screen stutter and how smooth the game is not. Each time i have tried to play this game i just stand there looking around the same area with minimal mouse movement my frames would jump from anywhere between 10 to 300 fps. COME ON ITS BEEN 5 YEARS

Bonjours a tous , le jeux est bon comme farmers dynastie 1 et 2 , dommage que le doublage en francais n'a pas été fait. Il y aurait du progrès a faire pour le graphique le jeux ne serait que plus atraillant. Pourquoi ne pas pousser la rénovation plus loin avec des animations plus détailler . Pourquoi ne pas rendre la scierie plus complète ex. : faire des madriers des réel ossature de construction , avec des animations plus détailler . Pour finir a quand lumberjack 2?? et pourquoi pas Farmers 3 . Changer de moteur graphique s'il vous plaît et faite le doublage en francais. A plus au dévellopeur et j'adore les jeux dynastie. Je serais honorer de pouvoir éssayer en béta vos prochaines productions , a plus.

I absolutely love these Dynasty games. This one improves on the pacing a lot from Farmer's Dynasty but still suffers from a long grind in chapter 2. There is quite a bit of things to do aside of lumber which can get tedious at times.

I have one word to describe Lumberjack's Dynasty: buggy. So what is this game actually about? You might think it's about being a lumberjack. It isn’t. Most of your time is spent doing errands like mowing lawns, returning runaway sheep, and repairing houses. Yes, really. That’s the core gameplay loop, and it gets boring very quickly. When you finally get to the actual lumberjack part of the game, it’s… fine. But the grind is ridiculous. Wood takes 200+ in-game hours to dry, meaning you have to wait one to two weeks before you can do anything interesting. Once it’s dry, you sell it and start the waiting process again. The quests don’t help either. About a week into the game, someone asks for 100 apples. The problem? Nothing tells you this in advance. I had already eaten most of them for food, which meant waiting another 40 in-game days for them to grow back. And then there are the bugs... They’re everywhere. Loading wood pallets into the dryer frequently bugs out the forklift and can launch you across the lumber mill. But the worst bug completely broke my save: I loaded the game into total darkness with no money, no social points, and no way to move my character. My previous save was two weeks earlier, about 30 hours of gameplay lost. That’s when I decided to quit this bug-infested mess and go play something that actually works, like Farming Simulator. 1/10 - A game-breaking bug deleted my progress after 80 hours of playtime. I tried everything to fix it. Nothing worked. Thanks for wasting my time...

I really like this game! The only issue I have had is that I dropped a tree on the starter log hauler trailer and have no way to remove it. I need the trailer to make the money to buy the new trailer and tractor to remove the log but every time I turn right it gets stuck and tries to fall through the map so, I had to restart a new game. I really like Farmers Dynasty 1 & 2 but I have played many hours of farm field work that I am very tired of it. Lumberjacks Dynasty does not have any fields to work but it does have everything else I love about the other Dynasty games!
