once you get over the repetitiveness of the first level as it only lets you pick up stuff you clearly should be picking up when it decides its time to let you its not a bad game at all, quite linear, very simple but still fun
I'm a Science teacher. This should be an easy win with me. However, this buggy and slow edutainment game with with tank controls misses the mark. Far too much 'edu' (walls of text and quizzes) and not enough 'tainment' to say the least.
Probably the only educational game I've ever enjoy playing. It made it educational, but didn't forget the game part of it

This game is really good in learning kids how physics works, and this even in 2025! Can only recommend
Ist zwar eher was für Kinder, aber dennoch ganz cool. ;)
The controls are awful. There are three alternative control schemes for the main character but no way to remap them. I have found the click to move one necessary for the 3d platforming section. The dialogue overstays its welcome by having the main character bicker with the ship that crashed him on Earth. There is educational value in the way it presents energy optimization or cost effectiveness strategies but the effect is ruined by buggy or difficult mini-games. For example, pumping water into the reservoir at night and generating electricity during the day are great to learn about, but the mini-game compresses days into seconds while you are frantically switching the pumps. But despite finishing it and getting through the bugs and crashes, the reason for the thumbs down is I can't recommend it to anyone. I don't understand how someone could create an educational product which has you use diodes, mentions the spectral nature of light and in the next second asks what the big ball of light in the sky is. I understand LUDWIG is an alien robot learning about our world but what kind of player knows the word "phenomenon" before knowing what fire is? The rewards of these questions are a knowledge encyclopedia which literally links to Wikipedia articles at the end of the summaries. So to those who want to know more about forms of energy and harnessing them, I also recommend reading Wikipedia. To people looking for a cautionary environmental story about a garbage gathering robot which tries to save the humans trapped on a spaceship after they have destroyed earth, I recommend the movie Wall-E.
