I LOVE YOU TERU TOKUGAWA
Pros: The Art is super cute The character dialogue is fun I love the music The love quiz was pretty cool but I gotta say I'm not really into Sei. Cons: A little too monologuey. Some things end up redundant when the author is trying to emphasize things. I wish I could say this is a minor thing but it happens so much in the writing that I ended up bored by the train ride, and completely over the game by the time I got to the book shop. Please be more concise! Being able to have moments with love interests throughout the story is far more interesting than being locked into a specific route.
much yuri content very gay I still need to read all the erotic books ! As for favorite love interest : I stand by Teru
This one was a happy surprise. I was expecting some silly smut game only to end up reading it through several late nights due to how deeply complex those characters and stories were. I do have a big critique about it, which I’ll explain in detail further along, but overall, I really enjoyed this game and recommend it for every yuri VN fan out there, as it turned out to be one of my favorites. Here comes the spoiler-free wall of text!
Pros

Love interests have a life outside of you.
Do you know how, in this kind of game, after you pick your love interest, everyone else ceases to exist? Here, not only are most of them present in other routes with several interactions, but they also have a full life and might even end up forming relationships between them when not chosen by you. This is one of my favorite aspects of this game, because every character has a unique development according to the route you pick. This leads me to my next point…

Routes are unique and intertwined.
One of the aspects that made me eager to start a new route as soon as I finished the current one. For example, during route X, you’ll come to know a bit more about character Y, who will be around for a few segments and interact with both you and your love interest (as my previous paragraph). Then, when you start route Y, you’ll get to see a different outcome of Y’s relationship with X, while also learning a bit of new information about them. And, during route Z, you’ll see that X and Y actually get together. I loved this. Also, after the prologue and the “choose your love interest” parts, nothing gets repeated. Every dialogue is brand new and you won’t see the same thing happening twice. You still get to know a tiny bit of a few characters’ personal story even on different routes. I did like 4 routes back-to-back because they all had tiny hooks on different characters and I really wanted to know more about them.

Tasteful adult content.
Yes, I do have to point that out. The few +18 scenes never feel forced or unnecessary to the story. They add a lot of depth to the characters’ relationships and personalities, and are exceptionally well-written. It’s refreshing. Also, If you come to this expecting a porn game, you’ll be disappointed, since there are only a few nsfw scenes and most of them barely show anything too graphic. But oh [strike]boy[/strike] girl are those scenes STEAMY, with gorgeous art to boot.
Ok, I gotta add the bad part now.
Cons
I wish the game had more dialogue, and less monologue. Don’t get me wrong, the monologue bits are important for context and added immersion. But they have to be well placed and concise; you don’t need to add 10 paragraphs of mental exposition every time the main character has to do something simple. Yes, I’m exaggerating here of course, but I got a bit bored and skipped a few lines to “get to the point” occasionally. It gets a bit too wordy sometimes and a good chunk of it feels like… filler. One example of this is when the main character got a date with one of the love interests after work. When it was time to close the store and wait for her date to arrive, she went on and on with her inner monologue for 16 paragraphs (yes, I counted), only maybe half of it being related to her feelings regarding the date or the person she was meeting. The other half being random exposition, like the “gorgeous hue of the setting sun and the excitable electricity in the air of the oncoming night crowd” (word for word)... sure, scenery description is nice and all, but this is a dating simulator, not a Tolkien book. Get to the point already. The prologue suffers from this the most, so it is understandable if you get bored before the main character even talks to someone. It starts reeeeally slow. The writing is really good for 70% of the game, especially for the dialogue and the steamy stuff, but that 30% can get annoying. So read it with caution, but do give it a try.
After completing all routes, I wept, for it was over. I am devastated that this game is somehow not infinite, but it was such a wonderful time. If you have an interest in Yuri VNs, you owe it to yourself big time to check this one out.
I love this game! Don't look at the time I spent playing it haha don't worry about it.
This game is the original 10/10 amazing 18+ lesbian VN Noodletub Games released. Let me tell you it is absolutely amazing. The story, the characters. the art. etc. I played the entire game. I spent hours and hours playing this game. It's truly addicting it's that good. It means so much to me to see lesbian representation in games like this. There isn't much out there and especially not done right. This game is beautifully written FOR lesbians BY lesbians. Just buy it and thank me later. Literally my #1 favorite game development company that I will forever follow, support, and cherish. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making something like this. It truly means the world to me as a fellow gay.
God this was amazing. So much love and dedication was put into the visual novel, and I enjoyed every moment of it. 10/10, I am playing it again
If you are shopping around for a yuri WLW visual novel, I strongly recommend buying this. This is one of the best yuri visual novels I have played.
Overall

I'd give this game 4/5 stars.
It features interesting characters that are deep, sexy, and with their own unique stories, quirks, and preferences.
The writing is strong with peaks and valleys of drama. I laughed out loud a few times. I was immersed and delighted at points. After devouring several WLW romance books this year I have come to realize that I'm a bit picky when it comes to them. This game was one of the best experiences so far!
I am not the kind of player that typically romances every character in a VN. I pick my fav and go after them like the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terminator. Not so with this game; through clever writing, I was made curious about all of the romances and happily played through all of them.
Love Bakudan is a kinetic visual novel which means that a player does not pick options outside of what is necessary to select a romance. Something to keep in mind if picking responses is important to your dating sim experience.
It is abundantly clear this is written by a sapphic author.

Pros

The protag is thirsty AF for all of these ladies and frankly I'm here for it. Additionally, she has a compelling, thoughtful inner voice which frames the whole experience.
Unromanced characters have a life outside of the protagonist; when they are not chosen, they live full experiences without them - some will even pair off. I actually loved that this happened! Which surprised me because I know myself to be possessive in games like this (lmao). In one case I was far more interested in the side pairing that appeared than the actual route I was on - and this was GREAT.
In some cases, there are hints about how other characters feel about the protag when they aren't romanced through little bits of dialog. These were excellently done. It made me super interested in trying out other routes.
The visuals are overall good - which is why I'm including them as a pro - but not to my taste. I mention this to say that even so, I still had a lot of fun with them. Character sprites are the best art in the game by far; they're cute and have a ton of personality. The CGs are decent and tasteful. The backgrounds appear to be real-life pictures with a pixelated filter applied to them - servicable, and I speculate it's not where the devs wanted to spend their effort coins, which I can respect.
The music is excellent. But lmao, there is one track that always plays during any spicy scene and it started to get predictable to the point of breaking my immersion. Very bow-chicka-wow-wow. It's a good track though!
The route a player experiences is decided based on the player's answers to a "love quiz" that triggers about an hour into the game. The game encourages you to answer this quiz as honestly as possible. I chose to answer whole-heartedly and was matched with a character I did genuinely did not find appealing visually. Still, I decided to persist and I am SO glad I did - I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ adore that character now. Should you pick this game up, I strongly recommend that you answer the quiz as honestly as you can on first playthrough, and then use a guide (easily available with a quick search) to target specific routes.
The childhood friend archetype is executed beautifully. There are two flavors of this route and both are appealing in their own way. I had sooo much fun with them.
Once in a route post love-quiz, there are NO repeated scenes.

Critiques

The writing can occasionally be redundant. This looks like this: a point/observation is made, and then rephrased/expanded upon with several more sentences. The impact of this is boredom; at times the volume of extrapolation had me spam-clicking through sections. Worth noting that even in doing this each route took me roughly 3 hours.
I could have churned out during the intro; it's too long for me, but I'm glad I powered through. It sets the scene and paints a picture of the protagonist's life and this pace of intro is fairly common within the genre, but it was noticeable.

Conclusion
If you're looking for a WLW visual novel with a cast of charming, compelling and deep characters, this is it. Chomping at the bit for Noodletub's next game 'Renai Bakudan'!
