Solid horror game with a very good story. The mother voice acting was very, very well done! Level design was also very well done! 8/10. Interesting coincidence, I've had this game in my library forever! And, I just randomly decided to play it today, the exact day his next game Veil of Mist was released! Crazy.

Неплохая страшилка на пару часов. Автор молодец, очень было атмосферно, скримеров ждал в каждом моменте, но все равно вздрагивал от их появления.

Apesar de ser um jogo curto, dando pra zerar em uma hora e tendo uma história simples mas legal, eu super recomendo, pois me rendeu ótimos jumpscares, o que é muito bom pra quem é fã do gênero. E ainda é fácil platinar pois só tem 6 conquistas.

Lost Luminosity builds its experience around a tightly focused psychological horror premise—exploring a deceased mother’s apartment while uncovering unsettling truths tied to family trauma and mental instability. The game leans heavily into atmosphere, using detailed environments, eerie sound design, and a steady sense of dread to carry the experience. As a first-person, narrative-driven horror title, it keeps mechanics simple and centers the tension on exploration, notes, and environmental storytelling rather than complex gameplay systems. Where it stands out is in how well it maintains pacing despite its simplicity. The mix of scares, exploration, and story beats prevents the experience from feeling completely stagnant, even when objectives revolve around key searching and puzzle-solving. However, the slow movement speed and limited interaction can wear on the experience, especially during backtracking. While the story is engaging, it doesn’t always reach the depth it hints at, and the gameplay remains fairly basic throughout. Good game.

I spent the first five minutes on the second floor refusing to go downstairs because I was too scared. I spent the rest of the game whining about being too scared. Wonderful game with the perfect amount of jump scares in all the right places.

All you do is walk real slow tuning on lights that you already turned on a few seconds ago. Boring.
