Muito bom
Altogether, a solid installment in the series. Some elements were different from the previous games--new writers, maybe? The improved dialogue and more three-dimensional characters were good--some of the dialogue even made me laugh, and not from how bad it was like usual. Jimmy's character actually wasn't as annoying as he could have been, which I attribute in part to the voice actor, who was over-the-top in a good way imo. The gameplay was decent and a pretty good length. Something that was missing for me was the sort of fairy-tale aesthetic of the previous games. It's hard to explain, but I did not find this one as visually pleasing. Also wasn't a huge fan of the cultural appropriation vibes from the Giant settlement.
Episode #7 Un (dernier?)
Five-BN puts out the best HOG adventure games, IMO. Their world-building is unparalleled. They actually craft story and mythology for their world. Lost Lands is my favorite series of theirs, but Darkness and Flame series and The Legacy are good also and have all the same mechanics. Five-BN raises the bar for the HOG genre and challenges the assumption that HOG games are "fluff" time wasters for bored middle aged women. This game in the series stands out as having some very challenging puzzles! That being said, I only had to skip one. There is one puzzle I spent about 30 minutes on, and had to come back to it the next day to actually complete it! I think it took about an hour total! Five-BN also makes their games very reasonably priced. There is no way I should be paying $15 for a game that takes 2-4 hours to complete. I will continue to support this developer!
I love all of the Lost Lands games by FiveBN. However, I was recently informed directly by FiveBN that 'ALL' of their games on Steam can only be played with full capabilities one time. They have removed the option to change player so this means that although the game can be played again, it is without full capabilities such as collectables and morphing items.
lotsa bang for the buck
jogo excelente.
adventure, mystery, mini games and hidden object....a little difficult at times but enjoyable.
