Lost Horizon

Ich habe dieses Spiel vor vielen Jahren zum ersten Mal gespielt. Damals noch auf einem eher mittelmäßigen Rechner. Durch Zufall hab ich Lost Horizon im Shop wiedergefunden und - da es im Bundle sozusagen geschenkt war - zugeschlagen. Lost Horizon gehört für mich zu den schönsten, logischsten und grafisch aufwendigsten PAC-Spielen. Ich würde es mal auf die Ebene der Baphomets Fluch-Reihe stellen - nicht theamtisch, sondern vom Spielgefühl her. Also absolute Empfehlung, auch nach 16 Jahren nach der Erstveröffentlichung. P.S. Das Ende ist genial geworden!

[h1]6/10 冒险AVG游戏[/h1] ==================== 非常经典的一种游戏模式了，上一次玩还是秘密档案系列 英国特种兵大战纳粹最终拯救世界抱得美人归 里面还有一些经典的八字胡旗袍的中国人刻板印象，可能还是有“文化挪用”行为吧，藏传佛教徒的服饰像是大乘佛教的，香港黑社会的服饰像是日本的 解密过程中依然还是偶尔让人吐槽，尤其是柏林奥林匹克章节，为进入纳粹管理的博物馆所以要用脏手套吓哭小婴儿以拿到她的棒棒糖 不过香巴拉章节感觉还可以，主角和好友双视角，通过影响一万年前以完成现在的解密，还是蛮有趣的

I liked the story—it's a great one. The story is serious, but the game has a lighter, humorous tone (but it is not a comedy per se). The riddles and puzzles can give you a run for your money, but they are fair and logical. Some are simple, others complex, but all solvable—I never needed the game's help. It features several exotic locations and likeable characters (I even liked the bad guys). Beating the game unlocks bonus content (I even earned an "Award" for a certain feat). Even over 15 years old, the graphics still look good. The game is slick and very user-friendly, fully controllable with just the mouse. A great, very enjoyable, story-rich point-and-click adventure game in the vein of the Indiana Jones movies (with direct references, the Ford Trimotor transport plane is just one of them). Highly recommended—and don't forget the sequel. If you liked this, give [b]Lost Horizon 2[/b] a try too.

You can just tell this game went through a lot of revisions, the plot feels like it is being made up on the spot. It's enjoyable still even if you end up in having to try everything with everything to get the exact set of steps to achieve the obvious goal sometimes. Besides, you can't go with a kung fu fight out of nowhere as your ending, approved.

Grafik und Animation sind prima -- mit Liebe gemacht. Die Rätsel waren zwar fair, haben sich aber überwiegend wie Beschäftigungstherapie angefühlt und hatten mit der Story nichts zu tun. Die Story ist ein totaler Reinfall. Sie wird hauptsächlich durch lange Zwischensequenzen vermittelt, die extrem ermüdend sind. Auf der Zielgeraden kamen die besten Rätsel -- zwar nicht unbedingt schwierig, aber clever und interessant.

A true 'old skool' epic point and click with so much intriguing story, characters and things to do <3 Never dull and always thinking !! Definitely worth it and hours an hours of fun guaranteed :) Buy it you wont regret it.

Excellent point and clicker in the classic style. Good length, decent puzzles and engaging storyline.
