Lost Grimoires 3: The Forgotten Well

Third in the series. Another enjoyable story, quite different than the others. This one even has a dash of romantic tension which was entertaining. Once again, lots of fun potions to make, the 'potion making' puzzle was the same as the previous game. I think I would count it among my favourite HOG games. I do wish it had a bonus level, I want to know what happened after the end! ^-^

War ein schönes spiel gewesen, hab mich gefreut es einfach zu erleben. Sogar kein Übersetzungsfehler gehabt oO war wirklich verwundert. Schade war nur das man nicht nachschauen konnte ob "masken" schon gesammelt wurden oder nicht, was halt in teil 1-2 möglich war

This is above average in the Mountain Crime Requital scale. This takes the previous game and improves on it a little! The hidden object mini games are fun, and the scenes are matched to the location rather than a mish-mash of objects, and the added small bits to the alchemy mini game was not that big, but in gave enough of a light difference to be fun. The voice acting in this game was well done, too! Just be sure to lower the BGM a bit so you can hear the VAs. Where I really thought that this game really is a step above some of it's counterparts is the story. Not that the overall story is mind-blowingly amazing, but..... (ANYWAY: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) SPOILERS AHEAD The romance subplot was actually quite believable and the developments were slow but steady, and by the end of it I WAS SUPER HOOKED. I really liked the main character by the end, and the spunk was a welcome attitude, and I REALLY WANTED A HAPPY ENDING AAAAAAA --- I mean the ending wasn't bad but my romantic heart AAAAAA!!! I've played PLENTY of HOGs at this point, and many of the romances are either 1) already established or 2) sudden and awkward -- but this one! I really believed in the growth of the characters and really wanted to genuinely cheer for them. *sigh* For now, I'll just have to think of how this really ends in my heaad.
