Ready to bend the rules? So are these cats.
They might look like your friends—but these cheeky lil dudes are complete wildcards. (Just like real cats)
You have been warned, my friend.

(Yes, I, the dev, have been soft-locked by cats in the past. No, I am not proud of that)

It's really hard to describe what this is, let alone how I feel about it. It's a "score-lite" like Balatro, but the core gameplay doesn't easily compare to other games. You start with a few tiles, you buy items from the shop and put them into those tiles, and the tiles activate sequentially to earn score. Sounds simple, but when most items interacts with each other, it complicates things. Creating the proper organized chaos has both a high skill floor and ceiling, and I'll admit I didn't know what the heck was going on for the first few hours. In a way it's like automation. To get your score high enough you need to crank up the bonus and multiplier using whatever means necessary. One item triggers the northeast item once, so you put an item northeast that triggers all tiles around it, which triggers the initial item again to trigger all tiles around it. Then have something trigger a rotate on it to point to a scoring item and BOOM you got yourself a combo. And unlike other games, this one's not afraid to let you break the game and go to the moon; in fact, it wants you to. By the end of a run your board looks like a messy bedroom. Curses, item destroyers, negative bonus, dozens of different triggers, treasure hunting, modifiers of modifiers: it's absolute chaos and it's a blast. 100% (all 17 gold trophies) - around 40 hours Fully completable blind
fun game needs more stuff
good
Careful with this game. It is incredibly simple, but it is also a big numbers roguelike. It has consumed way more hours than a game this simple should.
O jogo é muito bom e muito leve, o tipo de jogo que é feito para você quebrar mas muito facil para você sair quebrado também! 😭
definently one of the more unique rougelikes ive played and its a damn fun one. very good general gameplay of having very simple and understandable items, usually only doing 1 MAYBE 2 basic things per, that layer ontop of eachotther very very intricately way where you can either just put random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ roughly in the order you think works and watch number go up, or work with some of the weirder gimicks in the game to get some absolutely hillarious combos. shockingly replayable, even when you know the 'best' stuff, with how weird or niche some of the items are im nearly constantly running into new interactions i wouldnt of thought of without randomly stumbling upon them and going "wait how does this work?" pretty much every mechanic in the game is represented physically in an item, and so is able to be changed or altered if you try hard enough, and i absolutely love it
Good game, seems overwhelming at first but this game rewards you for outside the box thinking, pushing mechanics to the limits and learning.
