Unfortunately, this game is not worth your time. The game is clearly inspired by The Witness, but its actual puzzles do not live up to its inspiration's. The puzzles are based on a simple concept: there are four buttons, and you need to use a clue given on a screen to figure out which order to press them. Panels sometimes have pictures (say, four dots connected by arrows), sometimes text (like "N S E W" or "3 9 12 6"), and even occasionally audio. The buttons themselves are sometimes blank, and sometimes have numbers or colors on them. The setup *could* lead to interesting puzzles, but unfortunately it doesn't. Each of the puzzles takes up a significant amount of space, which is completely undeserved - almost all of them could be expressed the same way if the buttons were, say, on the panel itself. This makes both inputting answers and navigating between puzzles a chore. (The latter isn't helped by the insurmountable waist-height walls that surround every puzzle -- or in one case, the insurmountable *nonexistent* wall!) The ideas in the puzzles aren't developed into anything interesting. The format of the puzzles ensures this - since each one is "follow directions", there's not much room for deductions: either you understand what it's saying or you don't. And the communication is either blatantly obvious (like the examples I gave earlier), or frustratingly vague. At times, it's even inconsistent! (The circular arrow in the section with "3 9 12 6"-type clues is the immediate example that comes to mind.) There are several other small annoyances that add up when interacting with the puzzles. Some puzzles only tell you what color or sound the buttons are associated with when you press them, which means you're *required* to input an incorrect solution to be able to solve the puzzle. The panels are often hard to read due to lighting issues, no matter how you mess with the graphical settings. There are color-based puzzles that [I'm told] are hard to distinguish even for people with good color vision. The endgame is disappointing as well. The massive tower has one puzzle at the top, and you solve it, and nothing happens. And if you solve *all* the puzzles around the island, and swim to the smaller island, your reward is... a puzzle where the buttons are placed in a hedge maze. There's nothing interesting about the maze - the buttons, numbered 1 to 4, are just scattered around it, and you press them in order. And then there's one more puzzle that has *nine* buttons (meaning your directions to follow are longer but not more difficult), and... that's it. No fanfare, not even an acknowledgement that you've done anything. You're left realizing that all the work you put into the game was a waste of time.

総じて微妙。The Witness風のゲームじゃん!と飛びつくと、小学生レベルのパズルばかりで虚無顔になります。 グラフィックだけは良いのですが……。 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bja9Ig4lLzI
It kinda looks like the witness and plays like it too, to a point. but where the witness took me about 18 hours to complete and I still have bonus puzzles to find and solve there. This took 90 minutes to complete and another 15 to complete all the bonus puzzles. If you want an easier introduction to this type of game, this one is nice enough. But if you're looking for your next challenge after The Witness, you'll be disapointed.

Very decent game in the first person puzzler genre, if a bit short. It took me only 98 minutes to fully complete it along with all the 'difficult puzzles' and get all achievements. I only failed to understand one puzzle of the lot, the one with the pillow, but I accidentally solved it without understanding it anyway. Oh and I bruteforced the last music puzzle because I'm really bad at parsing sounds, the sound zone in The Witness was by far my most hated one. Get it if you're a fan of the genre, but don't expect it to be long.
I was excited to try this game, but I can barely get to the first puzzle. The mouse sensitivity is wild, and as someone who usually has to tweak settings on games for motion sickness, I cannot continue until this is resolved in some fashion. Quite disappointing.
Let's get a few things out of the way 1. This is 100% a ripoff of The Witness, it does enough that its unique but the visual style and ideas are... eerily similar. Its also worth mentioning that there is a level of jank to this game with the movement and traversal and general visuals that The Witness doesn't have. That game is very well polished as far as visuals and the rough edges go, whereas running around in this made me feel motion sick. I seriously don't know what they did but good lord it made me sick to my stomach when I used the sprint button 2. This might disqualify me to review this game in your eyes, but I feel it gives me a stronger critical lens to look at the game with. I *hate* puzzles. Seriously, I made a 48 minute video essay about Tormented Souls which is just a piece of trash in general, but the puzzles in that game are egregious. Not all puzzles in games are awful, and the closest to fair puzzles get is when the puzzles all follow their own rules throughout the game. Logicality does not entirely succeed in that. 100% the game in the time that I played it, including the endgame content and "hard puzzles" as the achievement calls them. I don't think this game is awful, some of the puzzles are clever and some of the visuals can be nice, but there is most definitely a level of polish that is missing here. A few puzzles in some of the different areas were absurdly obscure, and meanwhile, the rest of the game I flew through. Puzzle games are hard to review from a difficulty standpoint because they largely rely on what the player sees first. What does and does not click with you will largely dictate your experience. While some people might fly through the color puzzle section of the game, I'm colorblind and had quite a few issues (rectified by my chat as I streamed that section) but I was struggling with that part. Other people may have issues with the column section and I breezed through it. I am not recommending this game because you cant get similar games of higher quality with more content for cheaper, and that is all. If this really interests you and you really really love The Witness, sure. Go for it. But, I think it can all be summed up in this one analogy. After beating two of the zones in this game, I decided to go into the tower in the center. Using bunny hops, I was able to jump around ALL OF THE DOORS BLOCKING YOUR WAY TO THE TOP. If I sat there and figured out the solution, I could've done the tower puzzle about 15 minutes into the game. That is what I mean by lack of polish. This is not the worst game, its just not a great one. If you made it this far I would appreciate you following my steam curator page. It helps me grow and continue doing reviews of mostly indies but games in general, and I do my best to provide the best look for prospective buyers. Thanks for reading. Хорошая игра, прекрасная игра, жаль короткая. Только вот пустая и в некоторых головоломках я не видел логики... в игре под названием Logicality. Еще игра похожа на предыдущие игры SVGames и The Witness.
Plenty of others have compared this to a more popular game and it's completely true. As a direct comparison, they took the aesthetic and missed the larger point of what made that game good entirely. Unironically the parody version The Looker was a better copy of the spirit of The Witness. On it's own merits, this isn't even a good puzzle game. It's possible to brute force every single puzzle for one. For second, there were multiple instances where the game taught you how to solve a certain type of puzzle and then seemingly threw those rules out the window for the sake of being "hard" (looking at the puzzle from the side instead of the front with no hint to do so in some cases). I'm sure there's some logic behind it, but even after brute forcing a solution sometimes I was just left confused. Thirdly, some puzzles *must* be failed in order to figure out the answer (section with buttons that are only colored when you press them). A good puzzle game should be able to have consistent rules that can be solved without what is essentially meta-gaming or trial and error. You do sometimes have to use the environment to solve your puzzle, but it's so uninspired as it's literally just - did you see the specific set of 4 things we needed you to look at. And in some cases the "difficulty" of that is because there's so much clutter that you're not sure which of them they want you to count (pillars) or what hints at the order you pick (flower vases). When it's not cluttered, it's completely empty. Puzzle areas are pretty much entirely separate from each other with open field between, nothing linking them. There are 6 scattered puzzles outside these zones, but even they are just tucked into random spots on the map with no lead in to where they are. Controls were a bit jank for me, I'd be walking, stop pressing forward and momentum carried forward another step. I'm still not sure why they allowed swim and jump other than it being easier than putting bridges and paths up as it didn't really add anything and allowed for some exploits. For example, you can get onto the final area by jumping and since it's a maze you can just completely defeat the purpose of it being a maze. For being able to swim, I would've liked to see *some* use of the ocean. Instead it's just... empty. It doesn't even look good out there and there's invisible walls eventually. I wish I could leave a neutral review as I can't recommend it at its regular price ($8), but it's hardly the worst game I've ever played. Overall, it's short, puzzles are pretty easy overall, and it's possibly worth picking up during a sale if you enjoy the genre and are starved of content.
