Muito bom!!!
After playing the game for over 17 hours solo and getting all of the achievements, here are my honest thoughts of Lodventure.
Pros
Lodventure has a charming atmosphere and easy to learn crafting mechanics. The combat felt very Diablo like with the way you attack, using skills with cooldowns, and being able to dodge oncoming attacks. The bosses did add a nice bit of variety (some notes on that later), and the exploration did have something of interest in the environment in both the overworlds, caves, and dungeons.
Cons
I'll try to keep spoilers out of this review but when it comes to story, there isn't much to it. There is a cut scene at the beginning, a bunch of lore scroll that you can pick up here and there, and then a cut scene after beating the last boss. No connection to the characters that are introduced, and you aren't even playing as any of the 4 characters that are introduced, which makes them an odd plot point to the story. For the scrolls that you pick up, I read maybe 2 at most because each had 2 paragraphs of explanation in a world that could have tried adding to the overall plot through environmental story telling. Throughout my playthrough, I only died twice: once near the beginning of the game while I was getting use to the combat, and when facing one of the bosses. Outside of that, the game didn't really give me a challenge. I even went through the whole game using the one handed sword, even if there were 4 options of weapon types with two handed weapons, bow weapons, and staffs. Also, the dodging felt a bit overpowered being able to roll towards the danger without getting damaged. I didn't have an issue with the usual crafting, but when it came to cooking and being able to plant crops, having 3-4 different vegetables and basically having them behave the same for recipes didn't inspire me to collect or grow a variety of them, just sticking to a single variation of veggie and fruit, call it a day. Now for the achievements, most of them were fine, but when there are achievements for grinding each of the main materials, it becomes repetative and with no random events of threats, it becomes a game of running around in circles to collect the materials and waiting for them to respawn. Also, not sure if my game glitched out, but I had all of the potion recipes as soon as I created the alchemy table, getting both achievements for getting half and all the potion recipes, leaving out the chance to experiment. Also, the fact that a couple of the achievements encourage you to "glitch" to get them without telling you that it's the intended way is strange.
Final Thoughts
For a game created by 3 people, it is impresive, but more time should have been put into the storytelling if that is what you wanted. Inspire me to collect the different types of foods for cooking or, better yet, have a cooking system that the harder produce to get will make recipes that you already have give you better benefits. Would I recommend this game to a friend? No. Could this have been a hidden gem if more time was put into it? Maybe.

Lodventure is an ambitious indie survival-adventure developed and published by Sky Games that sets out to merge open-world exploration, crafting, farming, combat, and cooperative play into a single cohesive experience. The game places players in a vast, untamed land driven by legend, tasking them with surviving long enough to uncover the mystery of the Lod Stone. From the outset, Lodventure presents itself as a sandbox where freedom and preparation are central themes, offering a world that invites curiosity while quietly demanding patience and adaptability. The early hours revolve around establishing self-sufficiency. Players begin with limited tools and knowledge, gradually learning how to gather resources, manage hunger and health, and craft essential equipment. Woodcutting, mining, foraging, and hunting form the backbone of progression, while farming and cooking systems provide longer-term stability. Building and upgrading a personal home gives a tangible sense of advancement, turning survival into something more permanent and personal. These systems interlock in satisfying ways when understood, encouraging players to think ahead and prepare before venturing into more dangerous territory. Exploration plays a central role in shaping the experience. The world is expansive and filled with caves, mines, ruins, and dungeons that hide rare materials, lore fragments, and powerful enemies. Movement through the environment feels deliberate, with each biome presenting different threats and rewards. As players grow stronger, they are encouraged to push farther from their base, gradually unraveling the world’s structure and discovering region-specific bosses that act as milestones in progression. These encounters often require planning rather than brute force, tying preparation and crafting directly into combat success. Combat in Lodventure blends action with survival sensibilities. Regular enemies test positioning and resource management, while boss encounters serve as highlights that punctuate the otherwise methodical pace of exploration. Some fights feel tense and rewarding, demanding awareness and timing, while others can feel uneven due to inconsistent enemy behavior or balance. Even so, combat fulfills its role as a catalyst for progression, pushing players to refine equipment, brew potions, and optimize their approach rather than relying solely on raw stats. One of the game’s defining strengths is the sheer breadth of systems available. Beyond basic survival mechanics, players can tame mounts for faster travel, unlock traits that shape playstyle, experiment with potion brewing, and decorate their homes to reflect personal taste. This abundance of features gives Lodventure a sense of depth and long-term potential, though it can also feel overwhelming. Guidance is often minimal, leaving players to discover optimal paths through experimentation, which may appeal to sandbox enthusiasts while frustrating those who prefer clearer structure and direction. Cooperative play significantly enhances the experience. With support for up to four players, Lodventure becomes a shared survival journey where roles naturally emerge—one player focusing on farming, another on exploration, another on combat preparation. Cooperation smooths difficulty spikes, makes boss encounters more manageable, and turns base-building into a collaborative project. Playing with friends highlights the game’s strengths, as shared discovery and problem-solving help offset moments where systems feel opaque or progression slows. Visually, the game adopts a rustic, top-down presentation that favors readability over spectacle. Environments are functional and varied enough to communicate biome differences, though they lack the polish and animation depth seen in higher-budget survival titles. Sound design supports the atmosphere without drawing attention to itself, reinforcing the sense of isolation and exploration rather than delivering cinematic flair. The presentation suits the game’s scope, even if it occasionally reveals its indie limitations. Ultimately, Lodventure is a game defined by ambition and scale rather than refinement. It offers a broad survival sandbox filled with interconnected systems that reward patience, planning, and curiosity. While rough edges remain in pacing, balance, and guidance, the experience shines when its mechanics align and exploration leads to meaningful discovery. For players who enjoy open-ended survival games, cooperative play, and learning systems through experimentation, Lodventure provides a substantial and engaging journey. Those seeking a more polished or tightly guided experience may find it uneven, but for the right audience, it delivers a satisfying blend of survival, adventure, and sandbox freedom. Rating: 6/10
나쁘진 않은데 "이거보다 더 재미있는 게임 많음"이란 평가가 정말 정확한 표현이라 느낀다.
EXTREMELY grindy game. Difficulty hits a goes up exponentially for no rhyme or reason. Despite having less than two hours actual playtime (but over two sitting at the menu), my request for refund was denied twice by the developer. This game will never be played again and I'm just out a few bucks I guess.
