About
Loddlenaut is an ocean cleanup adventure set on a vibrant alien planet. Play as an interstellar custodian who is tasked with cleaning up the pollution left behind by a spacefaring mega-corporation. Befriend local axolotl-like creatures and explore sunken corporate ruins as you revive the planet’s lush ecosystems.
🚀 Explore an open-world alien planet
🐠 Raise aquatic critters called “loddles” that grow based on what they eat
🔫 Clean up icky goop and floating debris with your bubble gun
🌟 Unlock special gadgets to clean different types of ocean pollution
🛠️ Recycle collected trash to craft useful items and upgrades
Your mission: Clean up the ocean planet of GUP-14 after it was abandoned by GUPPI, a mega-corporation that makes and sells everything from soda to spaceships. When you first arrive on the planet, you’ll find yourself amid murky waters, oil spills, and scattered junk.
Within the polluted environments, you’ll find remnants of GUPPI’s buildings, ships, and machinery all sunken to the ocean floor. Discover clues about the planet’s past inhabitants as you clean up the mess they left behind using an assortment of high-tech gadgets.
As you clean up the planet, you’ll run into axolotl-like aliens known as “loddles.” Protect them from the polluted waters and feed them aquatic fruits while you make their planet habitable again. Depending on their diet, loddles will grow in different ways and develop unique traits and abilities that will further enable them to survive on this polluted planet.
When the loddles are strong enough and the waters are cleaner, release them back into the wild and watch them thrive!
Explore an expanded planet with three new caves that each contain a lost loddle with a new rare cosmetic mutation! Delve even deeper to discover Goddle Grotto, a secret sixth biome that is home to three mythical Goddles. Make use of the new gardening system to collect seedlings, grow your own flora, and increase each biome's resistance to pollution. Plus, track the positions of all pollutants with the new Global Pollution Tracker, expand your backpack with the new Inventory Capacity Module, and acquire gold versions of your tools by completing different milestones that will ultimately unlock a modified ending cutscene.
Track your loddle evolutions and see which ones you’ve yet to discover. Plus enjoy a new loddle ability, new loddle personality traits, new biome diversity ratings, and a new way to boost around the ocean!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Loddlenaut is absolutely one of my top favorite relaxing adorable ocean cleaning games where you get to help take care and make friends with the adorable little sea critters the loddles!
玩到后面虽然有点无聊,虽然全成就有点困难,但也还可以
very cute
awesomesauce game with badass and sick gameplay with millions of graphics that take over your computer hacker style and make you enjoy the game epicness
It's a cute and chill cleaning game with the added bonus of managing to look nice without high-end graphics...meaning it won't completely eat your battery if you play it on the Steam Deck. Pros: -Good graphics for a 3D indie game -Runs perfectly fine on the Steam Deck (and doesn't eat up the battery) -Cute "loddle" creatures you can interact with -Zen music -It's all underwater, which is unique -Recycle trash in order to turn it into bits and bobs which you need to upgrade things -The cleaning mechanics are easy, fun, and relaxing to use (and it feels good to restore the areas) -Various loddles to discover -- Cons: -The loddles are the weakest part of the game, and I wouldn't even call it creature raising: The only thing you can do with them is feed them, pet them, and toss out a toy for them to play on their own with until they get bored after bumping it two or three times. Trying to get all the loddle variations is frustrating. I managed to find 9 out of the 13 variations without a guide by just experimenting, but even with a guide I still couldn't get the ones I was missing because many of the loddles have the exact same diet; so oftentimes you'll be trying to get one loddle and wind up with a different one. The fact that you can wind up with that sort of result, even after following a guide, makes it a questionable mechanic. It it RNG dependent? Does it have something to do with their features as a baby? Their style? It's never really explained much in game, and none of the guides even mention those things. The loddles are almost always hungry, so it feels like all you do is toss food to them. It's best not to have more than two or three at your home base despite the fact that it can go up to 20, otherwise they'll follow you to another loddle and eat the food meant for that one. For some reason, they never seem to eat what you plant in the base. -You can only plant three things at the base. It's not enough to use as a harvest method, and the loddles tend to ignore it (I've only seen a loddle eat something there once...and for some reason, its hunger went UP instead of down). -Movement speed is a bit slow. It's not like walking through molassas but, and especially before you 100% clean a biome and unlock fast travel, it can be a pain going all the way back from wherever you are to either the nearest fast travel spot (a cleaned biome) or to your home...especially with a goopy loddle in tow because that loddle has a chance of spreading the goop to whatever flora, or object, you go near. -There are only four biomes (plus a hidden one) despite the way the map is divided up. -The motor of the jetpack can get a bit annoying after a while -Some biomes don't seem to have the ability to prevent pollution from coming back, meaning you have to periodically go back to clean them (and the loddles living there). There is a method, which the game introduces at I believe the second biome, of giving them a higher chance of preventing pollution from appearing again, but the last ones don't seem to have enough spots to get that number to 100. -- Overall, it's a good, fun, yet short game. The little narrative there is manages to be engaging, the tools are fun, and the loddles are cute. I got this during a Steam summer sale in a bundle, and I feel like the $7 or so I paid for it was worth it. I do not, however, recommend getting this game at full price. $20, for what the game offers, is way too steep.
Its like slime rancher but without the pain and suffering
good, simple, cute game.
