SUPER fun! Similar to Animal Crossing and Stardew :) I might like it just as much if not more but have only been playing for 15 hrs or so.
I'M IN LOVE. I can't stress how much I enjoyed playing this. It's been a hot while since I last played but this game still lives rent-free in my mind all the time. The things I adored: 1. You can smoothly play 100% by keyboard or 100% by mouse. ALSO, on keyboard: 100% left-handed or 100% right-handed. THAT'S BONKERS TO ME. I've never played a farming/life-sim that could do this. And every game I played after playing this one made me sorely miss the one-handed play-style. There's no awkward stretching of fingers trying to hit a button either - all the default buttons for each hand are close together and easy to muscle-memorise. Freaking brilliant. 2. Time only moves when you do an action SUCCESSFULLY. Try to fish but your catch got away? No worries, no time passed and you can keep trying until you catch it! That's AWESOME. It essentially means that the day isn't divided into the standard hours but actually into the number of successful actions you can make. No need to run around chopping trees as fast as you can! You can actually take the time to allocate what chores you want to do for the day and not have to be worried about rushing or failing! 3. You can go into build mode to edit THE WORLD. Not just your house! WHAAAT!! Something on a hill that you can't reach to collect? No problem! LEVEL THE HILL. You can get that star/fruit/flower now!! CRAZY. 4. There's basically a teleportation feature hidden in build mode too! Wherever your cursor ends in build mode, when you exit out, that's where your character will be standing. Don't want to ruin that pretty hill or have your character walk all the way to the other side of the river? No problem! JUST TELEPORT. 5. All the characters are endearing! And they're different enough from one another and different enough from standard cookie-cutter stereotypes to actually be interesting and hard to choose only one! Not sure if this is or will ever be implemented, but the freedom to fully romance more than one character and have poly relationships would be SO GREAT. The characters are just that lovable! There are many things that this game has that I've never encountered in other cozy or farming/sim games. Absolutely try it out for yourself. <3

one of the best life sim games i ever played, shame the dev didnt make a littlewood 2 yet. good music, fun gameplay routine, fun citybuilding with new citizens, adding more and more features to the game by progressing was fun and addicting. i played this game twice through 100%.
Cute game. The gameplay is complex for how simple the graphics are. Every NPC has their own personality, so it's fairly easy to know who you want to pursue as a partner. The resource management is clear cut. You have so many of an item and you've sold so many of this item in the marketplace. The problem I have with this is there isn't a real explanation of what something is. SO, should I sell it? DO I need it later? There's no way to tell, so I just keep everything. I have found it's not wasteful to upgrade the buildings as much as possible. Just keep grinding for materials. The market makes passive money from excess forage, but the best money is made in the cafeteria (bar?). Do both. When the area gets crowded with buildings, it's worth the price to expand, but make sure you've lowered some hills first and utilized that area. You lose a lot of buildable land when you create hills. I'm enjoying the game and I barely just unlocked the forge. There's a lot more to this game.
Be warned! This game is one of those hidden time sinkers. :) You can easily spend days not realizing an hour had gone by. Other than that. This game is a great way to de-stress. Its relaxing and it gives that satisfaction of accomplishment too. Talk to the towns people and choose which to love. Or just flirt with everyone. Make sure to check all your building to make sure they are upgraded! That includes locations! Money is going to be easily a tight squeeze as I can tell so far. Easy money is to either sell in the market or cook a LOT of food. Deluca coins are scares so use sparingly. Such as the spin game or don't forget about the Saturday/Sunday one spin prize. At least the stores restock weekly. But you will have to micromanage what you buy. When exploring the forest or mines watch out for those sleeping trees and pink roaming creates. If you are not watching they can get you when unguarded. Just open those chest, get what you need, and move onto the next thing. Have fun with building your town!

A sweet and charming game, very low-stakes and relaxed. The setting is pretty interesting, even if the game doesn't do very much with it, and the characters are endearing.
