Little Town Shooter VR

'Little Town Shooter VR' is exactly what its title suggests it is and nothing more. You are a small town shooter killing people for cash to earn more money, to get bigger weapons to kill more people. You do have a health gauge, but there really isn't much point to it and no point to the game at all. No highscore, no challenge, no fun and dare I say its timing is in bad taste, but we are not here to talk about American gun control. At the moment all you do is teleport around shooting innocent people that are shooting at you for no reason at all! The game lacks direction or goals making it feel more like a super-low-poly mass-shooting simulator than a game. If there were missions or something with a goal it might have been worth a look, but right now it's devoid of anything and I won't be recommending this anytime soon. Played it for all of a minute before it was incredibly clear what it was. Left it running for another five purely so I could leave a review. I hate to be so cynical, but honestly, the name of this game feels intentionally misleading to garner interest based purely on controversy. And the reason for that is because this does not feel like a game. This feels like a shiny asset flip with the most rudimentary shooting functionality available. Virtually no settings to speak of, no changing from snap to smooth turn, no changing between types of locomotion (that's right, teleporting only). And the game itself appears to be more of a "shoot a bunch of extremists and feds" with reskinned arcade light guns rather than the townsfolk massacre the name would incite you to believe (can't say I'm disappointed in that part to be honest). Anyway, this game is not worth looking at, talking about, googling, and most of importantly buying at any price. Maybe if this game came out in 2016 back when VR was still somewhat fresh and we didn't have piles and piles of games actually worth playing with miles and miles of functionality and content. Maybe if it didn't come off as an asset flip with a truly garbage title and gameplay with less depth than the capitol reflecting pool. TL;DR - Asset flip, bad gameplay, clickbait name, poor taste. Don't give it the time of day. Refunded.

The other reviews put it into words way better than I could. Game is as one dimensional as it gets. I played for probably about 10 minutes and half of that time was spent aimlessly teleporting around the map. If you drop your gun its just gone. I couldn't even figure out how to buy new ones. Although to be fair, I stopped trying after about 2 minutes because of how bland this game was. Definitely not worth the purchase regardless of the price tag.

Wish this was IRL good game tho
