I've finally purchased your game & played it, here's my feedback: 1. The lack of optimization to run the game in 60 fps is difficult to adjust, while it can run in 30 fps at low quality graphics settings on my steam deck the game could use more optimization to render better on steam deck, low, & mid end pc's at medium graphic settings. 2. UI could use improvements like implementing saving graphic settings & adjustable texture quality, shadow quality, & etc. Therefore this will help me & other player's to lower the quality of the graphics aesthetics without removing the quality visuals. Overall gameplay is good the game could use better control inputs ingame or just implement a control settings for us to customize it ourselves. Still you're game is great & wishes you well on your game development progress and success.
I normally exclusively play Mecha games, so when this one showed up in my recommended section because of it having Mecha in it, I was excited, its been in my wish list for a while and I decided recently to bite the bullet, avoid the demo and just go straight into it because I was honestly looking forward to the experience, the idea of a big battle that you can take part in with some interesting designs was something I was REALLY excited to see for myself based on the store page. Then when I actually tried it, it fell sort of my hyped up expectations, I got stuck in the tutorial in a vehicle, and when I reset my position it did NOT allow me to move afterwards, locking up all input, so I decided to then skip and go straight to the first mission, then I hit another problem, seemingly selecting the next area from the mission hub brought me to my fleet, in which I can look around at somewhat pretty models but not actually do anything in it, so after wandering around and seeing what I COULD and couldn't interact with, for roughly 15 mins, I decided to try and see again if I could get in a mission, I managed to select the thumbnail after the fleet which puts you in the actual first mission, but even after playing around with my settings on my PC for audio and having the game set at 10% volume level, it was still pretty loud, blurting out massive BASS reverbed explosions and Chinese audio dialogue with no translation so I had no clue what was going on, despite my setup, I was seeing CONSTANT frame drops to sub 30 fps in combat, which I am unsure if its due to the models, effects OR the code, the level was always super dark, so I could not see what was actually going on, which was infuriating cause I really did want to enjoy the designs, and worst of all for me was there was no controller support, so after a while you start feeling the strain in your hands, I got roughly 30 mins into the first mission enjoying what was on offer despite this, BUT after beating what looked like a mini boss and then getting up to the actual boss and being finally allowed to drive something (it wouldnt let me drive any vehicle/mech before this for some unknown reason despite the tutorial letting me), I got into a jet and then proceeded to get shot down before I knew where my friendly units where and it locked up with me unable to do anything other than close the game, as a result Im going to be leaving this review and refunding the title, as while it looks appealing, its a pass.
