About
Two young friends, lost in a frightening world not made for children.
If they cannot find a way out of this Nowhere place, they’ll be condemned to a fate worse than death.

You play as Low and Alone, best friends ever since they found each other in this lonely nightmare. They each possess their own iconic item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they’ve become adept at sneaking through hidden passages, hoisting each other over massive obstacles, and watching each other’s backs. Whether you’re playing with a friend or an A.I. companion, you’ll depend on each other's iconic items to create opportunities and to progress. The environment is full of clues and possibilities for imaginative children to exploit. Low’s arrows can reach high targets, cut through ropes, or down flying enemies, and Alone’s wrench is just the thing for crushing stunned enemies, smashing through barriers, or manipulating the workings of massive machines.

No matter where you go, the Nowhere is home to horrific monsters. These Residents won't hesitate to go out of their way to capture any intrusive little Visitors that draw their attention. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide and seek with Monster Baby in the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of voracious Candy Weevils in an unsetlling Candy Factory, or dodging heavy feet while running along the rain-soaked promenade of a filthy funfair. You'll need to be ready to run, hide, or even defend yourself at a moment's notice to stay in one piece.

Don’t be too distracted by the desolate beauty of the Nowhere. There are dark mysteries waiting for you as Low and Alone follow their mirror path across the Spiral. As each new location will become more dangerous and disturbing than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will begin to emerge. Will Low and Alone finally escape from this unending nightmare?
Only you can help them, little ones...

it wont open and it is not a good game very boring
Ok, I'll start out saying that this is my LEAST favorite game in the series. The two original games were like the first two Star Wars movies: The first was the original, felt fresh and interesting and had a self-contained story. The sequel expanded and improved upon the original while still having its' own identity. It was also slightly darker, had more of a downer ending and is universally considered the best in the series. Sadly, Little Nightmares III is no Return Of The Jedi (I.E. a satisfying conclusion offering redemption for several characters). It has much more in common with The Force Awakens, recycling ideas and elements while failing to recapture the magic of the originals and being produced completely without any form on involvement from the original creators. ...which is noticeable because the game as a whole feels hollow. Where the first game revolved around hunger (which was also the original title) and the second one about escapism, this game...doesn't seem to have any particular theme at all. It's just some kids without any obsessions, traveling to some random worlds that had apparently been described in the podcast Sounds Of Nightmares (which I haven't yet listened to). Yes, this time, there is an explicit explanation for what's going on. Despite not having heard the podcast, I instantly knew exactly who the final boss was. The ending is frustratingly anti-climactic. No personal demons to overcome or succumb to, just defeating the bad guy. Even the twist that's supposed to be heart-wrenching has actually been teased only minutes before. GAMEPLAY There's an increased focus on combat, since both characters carry weapons that they can't lose and which can also be used to solve puzzles. Other than that, it's pretty much identical to the previous games. For the first time in the series, there's a co-op mode, which is a nice feature but since it's online only, you'll need an additional computer/console and monitor/TV even if you're sitting right next to your friend on the couch. Fans have, of course, requested this from day 1 but the development team has explained that they just don't wanna do that because that's not part of their vision or whatever. SOUND & GRAPHICS Nothing to complain about here really. A lot the assets are reused from the older games and even the new stuff is highly derivative. Still looks and sounds good though. THE GREED! I take back what I said about the game not having a theme. It just so happens to be on a meta level because the theme is apparently greed. Collectible costumes? Paid DLC. Come and get your paid DLC! What about a story DLC? Sure. Pay today, get it in...I dunno a year, maybe? Anything new regarding that DLC I paid for a year ago? Shut up and buy this cool merch! They really want to make that money so bad because this game had such an inflated budget compared to the previous, vastly superior games (that they're almost giving away as promotional material for the new one at this point). PROS: * Still a pretty decent game. * Co-op is a welcome addition and a friend pass is included. Nice. * Because it has almost no connection to the previous games, this is actually a pretty good entry-point to the series. I played co-op with my friend who had never played the other games and he liked it. CONS: * Feels shallow compared to the older games. Has almost no story. No depth. Is literally a new team doing their best trying to imitate the earlier games. * The inflated price. OMG! 40$ after a year? And thats excluding the DLC that hasn't even been released yet. * No couch co-op (and apparently, the creators refuse to add this). THE VERDICT: If you haven't checked out the other two games, do it now. They're far superior (and cheaper too). If you HAVE played the old games, you might want to try this one but be prepared to be slightly disappointed. If your friend owns the game, download it and join them through their friend pass. It'll be fun. You can always play the better games later, since they have almost nothing to do with each other. Just to be clear, this game isn't awful, it's just inferior AND more expensive than its' predecessors. So, yes, I would recommend this game, not just as much as the others in the series.
I love these games, part of the expansion pack came out and it's pretty good. I just wish it was longer.
Constant clipping into walls and a huge downgrade from the series and sod excuse for a cash grab
