About
Two young friends, lost in a frightening world not made for children.
If they cannot find a way out of this Nowhere place, they’ll be condemned to a fate worse than death.

You play as Low and Alone, best friends ever since they found each other in this lonely nightmare. They each possess their own iconic item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they’ve become adept at sneaking through hidden passages, hoisting each other over massive obstacles, and watching each other’s backs. Whether you’re playing with a friend or an A.I. companion, you’ll depend on each other's iconic items to create opportunities and to progress. The environment is full of clues and possibilities for imaginative children to exploit. Low’s arrows can reach high targets, cut through ropes, or down flying enemies, and Alone’s wrench is just the thing for crushing stunned enemies, smashing through barriers, or manipulating the workings of massive machines.

No matter where you go, the Nowhere is home to horrific monsters. These Residents won't hesitate to go out of their way to capture any intrusive little Visitors that draw their attention. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide and seek with Monster Baby in the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of voracious Candy Weevils in an unsetlling Candy Factory, or dodging heavy feet while running along the rain-soaked promenade of a filthy funfair. You'll need to be ready to run, hide, or even defend yourself at a moment's notice to stay in one piece.

Don’t be too distracted by the desolate beauty of the Nowhere. There are dark mysteries waiting for you as Low and Alone follow their mirror path across the Spiral. As each new location will become more dangerous and disturbing than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will begin to emerge. Will Low and Alone finally escape from this unending nightmare?
Only you can help them, little ones...

I was so excited for this game. I had even preordered it! I tried to play this in Oct when it released and it was very buggy and glitchy. Doors would not appear, it would just be an empty space but when you tried to walk through it was blocked by the invisible door. The mirror always caused either the camera to go outside the world or character models would not show up. These require either a checkpoint restart or restarting the game. I played the game for a few hrs but then set it down and waited till today to try it again. I can say with confidence they have not done any sort of bug fixes. I experienced the SAME BUGS AND GLITCHES! This was on a brand new save too! I was prepared to just hunker down and push through since it's such a short game. Jokes. On. Me. I experienced a game breaking bug where I died and the game took me back a checkpoint previous to the one it should have. At this certain checkpoint there was an object that you shot down to distract an enemy. This object was no longer here because I had already done it!!! I don't know why the game brought me back to this checkpoint but I tried all of the usually tricks of resetting things and even verified the game files but no dice. I could not progress because of this. Even if this game didn't have of these bugs/glitch's it's still mediocre at best to what LN 1 & 2 were. If you've played the previous games the environment and puzzles are second nature to you. I didn't even have to think about where I was going or what I was suppose to be doing. There was no creativity to this game and it's such a shame. Also why are they releasing DLC when the base game is still this broken?!??!
В этом же жанре лучше взять Reanimal от старых разработчиков. this game sort of sucked. The team that made the first two games didn't work on this one, so even though its apart of the same franchise its completely different than the other games. Unfortunately its very buggy and it genuinely feels slapped together with no direction or story. The levels have a wonderful aesthetic but the game itself sucks. I played reanimal and its genuinely much more worth it if you're looking for a co-op little nightmares game! This game was a let down :(
The downfall of the Little Nightmares series needs to be studied. Threadbare story, minimal connection with past Little Nightmares games, repetitive and irritating sections, and atrocious visual readability. Its only redeeming quality was that it was multiplayer compatible, so I could share this miserable experience with a friend.
I wanted to write this review because I see a lot of bad reviews for Little Nightmares III. Let me preface by saying that I am NOT a horror game player or enjoyer, I am a MAJOR Weenie Hut Jr. However, all my friends enjoy playing scary games and I often opt out of playing with them because jump scares and chase sequences are not my thing. That being said, I've been looking for a game to help me overcome this fear (even if a little), and this game was perfect. Not only was I was able to play co-op with my partner and have that moral support, but also this game has a helpful highlight tool to highlight characters, enemies, and objects in different colors ... an incredible touch to preparing myself for what lay beyond each door that I haven't seen in other horror games and were specific to my screen, which meant my partner was still able to enjoy the unknown. Ironically, the reviews I read mentioned that this game wasn't scary compared to the other Little Nightmare games and that was the perfect incentive for me to select this game. If you are looking for a scary game to play with a scaredy cat friend, I would recommend this game 100%. Other reviews mentioned bug problems. I was playing via friend-pass and didn't encounter any bugs until the final boss fight (my girl character kept teleporting across the room), but other than this, I had no issues. I do enjoy platformers and puzzle solving games immensely, and I will admit that this game was a little simple in the puzzle part, but I overlooked that since I would scream anytime my controller vibrated. Simpler puzzles = the sooner I could leave the area lol. Overall, I enjoyed this game and would recommend it.
