Little Girl On Earth Asking Why She Asking Why

For how logically consistent the story goes with so little words, the work didn't read like a philosophical try-hard some negative review had criticized, it is instead a pretty well written short story about the girl and how your answers will affect her. From the very beginning, the game is simply trying to answer the question "What is existence?", and despite giving the same answer in all endings, the freedom of choice greatly influenced the outcome one can gain from that answer. [spoiler]When you try to force meaning upon yourself, you are no longer free. At least that's what the bad route felt like to me.[/spoiler]

Really short game but has a lot of impact on you and some segmets are made for you to think more about. I bought this game in 50% sale, but even for full price, It's an enjoyment. I definitely recommend this game, I'd give it like 8/10 I guess :).

Cute little depressing game

[h2] So close, yet so far [/h2] For a first game, Little girl.... does well in most other aspects of a video game. performance, art and even music. but that's all there is. In it's short runtime, I did not feel attached to the characters nor the story it is trying to tell. after I completed all endings (which took less than 30 mins) the game felt very empty. Less so in a "i wish there was more" but more in a "thats it huh" it's not an expensive game, so to support the developers I don't mind the small entry fee. though it's hard to say that it is worth it. The theme and character was what originally attracted me to this game, but it felt lacking. The story kept wanting to go somewhere but just never started. It ended quite literally before it began. I wanted to like it, but it's hard to recommend to friends. Good first attempt, looking forward to more from the developers
