About
A new legend begins as you step into the steel toe boots of Goro Majima, a man who has lost his memory and reinvents himself as a pirate on the open sea.
Embark on an over-the-top, modern-day pirate adventure with an ex-yakuza, now pirate captain and his crew as they engage in exhilarating combat on land and sea in the hunt for lost memories and a legendary treasure.
Goro Majima, a notorious ex-yakuza suddenly finds himself shipwrecked on a remote island in the Pacific. Unable to remember even his own name, he sets sail in search of clues to his lost memories, accompanied by a boy named Noah who saved his life. Before long, they’re caught up in a conflict between cutthroat criminals, modern-day pirates, and other scoundrels over a legendary treasure.
Assemble a one-of-a-kind crew while upgrading your ship as you explore the open sea and forge your legend in the cannon fire of foes, unexpected friendships, and immense riches made along the way.
When an enemy pirate ship catches you in their sights, an exhilarating real-time cannon battle breaks out. Quickly maneuver into position while avoiding fire, then deliver devastating damage to board the enemy ship and take down the captain in all-out crew vs. crew brawls. Conquer the seas, discover hidden islands and acquire loads of loot like a true yakuza pirate!
Dynamically switch between the “Mad Dog” and “Sea Dog” fighting styles to mix-up attacks and deliver explosive combos, juggles, and aerial takedowns that reward your creativity with over-the-top action.
With “Mad Dog” style, utilize speed, agility, and flair to deliver precise yet powerful blows that stun your enemies into submission.
Or make enemies walk the plank with the “Sea Dog” style that has you dual-wielding short swords and deploying tricky pirate tools to kick some serious booty.

Reviews
I enjoyed the side quest the most in this game, they're hilarious and fun. Lots of different types of mini games. Love how each crew member recruited has some sort of background, gives them identity rather than another npc. Allows me to remember each of the crew members who join even though there are so many.
all for kiryu-chan
Ta gra uratowała mi życie, kocham ją z całego serca. I <3 Goro Majima.
Runs great at Max Settings minus RTX
Oh, let's just give our protagonist amnesia so the story makes sense!
Don't get me wrong, i love Majima but this game had no soul at all. Usually a Yakuza game is filled with bunch of different emotions, fun, sadness, hate, greed and so on but Pirate Yakuza had nothing of it. This game felt like a huge mini game and the story is the sidequest. All the pirate stuff got boring pretty quick and the gameplay feels like a temu version of DMC5. When it comes to the story... im just speechless how bad it actually was. If you played through the whole thing then you know what im talking about. It starts off kinda alright but gets worse with each chapter. The villains look like out of a netflix movie and fighting them wasn't fun at all. Even the sidequests were pretty bad compared to the prequels. Most fun i've had was probably doing the "Minato Girl" sídequest which was hilarious. I feel like RGG has no idea what to do with the Yakuza franchise at this point. It actually feels like the only reason why they made a Pirate Yakuza game with Majima is an attempt trying to fix all the bs that has happened in Infinite Wealth with Bryce etc. Even the achievements are not what they used to be. Usually you get an achievement for doing all sidequest, doing dragon races, collecting all stuff like the treasures in this game but in this game you get nothing for doing sidestuff in most cases. Anway, im glad i didn't pay 60 euro for this and and got it for 15 euro on discount. Took me 69 hours to finish the game and getting all achievements. Hopefully next Yakuza game will go back to the roots.
ИМХО
На мой взгляд и вкус это очень-очень слабый спин-офф серии. Вся игра ощущается как дополнительная арка квестов в Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
I have loved all previous yakuza games, and i hate leaving a negative review buuuut... this one isnt worth playing Some thoughts in no particular order: The concept is great, it should be a treasure trove of fun ideas and good gameplay... HOWEVER; -The game is incredibly grindy, and not in a fun way like the previous games -Most of the Hawaii content is just straight up recycled so if you played Infinite Wealth there will be very little new fun things to find -The ship combat is incredibly boring at best and tedious at worst. The upgrades do nothing to make you feel stronger but instead just bolster some stats (why isnt there a way to defend yourself against elemental attacks? why cant another character take the helm so you arent a sitting duck in combat situations?) -RGG skimmed out on recording voicelines so be prepared to hear the same ones over and over and over -The Story is very bad, it is both rushed and very poorly written -The side content is bland
"The true treasure is the friends we made along the way", except its not a joke
-If you're hoping for an open world for sailing or any exploration at all, go look elsewhere. All is marked out and youre just slowly trooping from place to place (why is there no ship speed upgrades?) -The Pirate Colloseum is the most unfun arena mode i have ever witnessed- Trying to get S Rank in some of them is worse than pulling teeth. And if you wanna get all treasures you best be prepared to start pulling. Conclusion: I'd recommend just watching the highlights on youtube, playing this yourself isnt worth the hassle or the price tag. 2.5/10
в целом весело но какая то ♥♥♥♥♥ с цветокором, очень сильный контраст, особенно днём вообще хоть глаз выколи
