About
Lichgate: Tower Survivor is easy to learn- collect an arsenal of weapons and upgrades to defend from the continual onslaught of monsters. Surviving all nine gates of hell, however, will require strategy, cleverness, and... FLAMETHROWERS?

Craft your own tower of destruction. Mix and match from over 100 weapons and upgrades to make a different build every run.

Level up your shop to gain access to legendary weapons to obliterate your foes.

Weigh the consequences of devilish pacts that will unlock your true potential, but will also affect how enemies get stronger. Each type of enemy is strong or weak against different types of damage, so choose pacts that fit your build accordingly. Perhaps it's worth it to be greedy and take the perfect relic despite the consequences. You'll have to determine if economy, powerful relics, or higher quality items are what you need to succeed. Choose from the options available, or up the ante and bargain for a better deal at the risk of what it may cost you.

Survive 50 rounds with different builds to gain access to new relics to shape future runs.
Beat each gate to unlock new difficulties that introduce new twists.
Compete on leaderboards with your friends to see who can survive the longest.
Collect achievements by surviving with unique constraints that challenge your strategies.

Слишком долгая метапрогрессия для рогалика, и не особо интересная механика, посмотри, покупай всё и надейся на удачу. Такое себе.
While the gameplay itself is nice, the augments you can buy with gems are as bland as can be : +4% value for anything (health, health regen, each weapon rarity, some damage types), costing double the gems every new point. And this not only is bland, but it is also not that effective right from the bat so you feel like you have to grind for barely anything from level 1. DIfficulty and tuning seemed fine, but I couldn't really experiment everything because the "roguelite" part that was initially hyping me is close to non existent.

i find this to be really enjoyable and rather addictive
Pros: Interesting twist to the formula with the tower. Enemy power scaling every 5 levels based on your choice of buff adds a very neat tactical consideration. Good price. Also comes with a tutorial which not every survivor game bothers to include. Cons: Uninteresting meta progression and boring unlocks. The meta progression is just a small percentage increase to a stat. No new weapons to unlock, only new towers. But the new towers just manipulate shop RNG. I'd say make the towers more unique. Like make a tower do less weapon damage but do crazy thorns damage. Make a tower have massive splash and zones but less single target damage for example.
Lichgate: Tower Survivor is an approachable auto‑battler with a tower‑defense twist, built around simple mechanics that are easy to pick up but become noticeably repetitive over time. The core loop is straightforward and accessible, making it a decent pick for short sessions or casual play. Abilities are clearly distinct from one another, which helps keep builds readable, but the modifiers attached to those abilities aren’t always well explained. Often you’ll need to rely on prior knowledge of the icons, hover over each one individually, or dig through deeper menus to understand what a modifier actually does. The UI itself is functional and mostly clean, but it doesn’t surface much information unless you actively go looking for it. Despite these shortcomings, the game manages to be surprisingly engaging. Runs are quick, the pacing is snappy, and there’s an addictive rhythm to watching your setup slowly scale into something powerful. It’s not groundbreaking, but it delivers a compact, enjoyable auto‑battler experience with a tower‑defense flavor that can easily pull you in for “just one more run.”
Starts as quite a funny game. The Gate 9 Achievements are however not skill based but purely depend on massive luck. You need to hit 3 or 4 times (in 5 level intervals) the right items to havea chance at surviving. And of course, you also have to roll for the exact type of weapon in between. Right now, it feels like 0,01% chance to actually have a go on one of the achievements. Too much grind for me to be fun in the long run. For the current price ( 6,66 € ) it is quite good though.
Имба!
I think its an ok game but it didn't vibe with me. check it out to see if is good for you. most of the time I've spent in the game was looking at upgrades that refreshed every 10 secs so that is the gameplay loop that stood out to me. Its like it wants to be an idle game and a td game and doesn't do either of them well. Some people might like this but its like 75% RNG and 25% knowing what build you want to go for. Again, its not a bad game some people might enjoy it but I am not one of those guys
