LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight überzeugt nicht nur durch Atmosphäre und Humor, sondern vor allem durch sein überraschend starkes Gameplay. Die offene Welt ist größer und lebendiger, als man es von einem LEGO‑Titel erwarten würde. Gotham wirkt wie eine kleine Spielwiese voller Geheimnisse, Nebenaktivitäten und klassischer Batman‑Schauplätze, die man frei erkunden kann. Das Erkunden macht richtig Spaß, weil überall kleine Details und charmante Anspielungen versteckt sind. Das Highlight für mich ist aber das Free‑Flow‑Kampfsystem, das eindeutig von den alten Arkham‑Spielen inspiriert ist. Die Kämpfe fühlen sich flüssig, dynamisch und befriedigend an — mit klaren Konterfenstern, Komboketten und dem typischen Rhythmus, den Arkham‑Fans sofort wiedererkennen. Es ist erstaunlich, wie gut dieses System in die LEGO‑Formel integriert wurde. Leicht zugänglich, aber mit genug Tiefe, um dauerhaft Spaß zu machen. Dazu kommen die typischen LEGO‑Gags, die das Ganze auflockern, ohne den Flow zu stören. Das Spiel schafft es, gleichzeitig verspielt und respektvoll gegenüber der Batman‑Mythologie zu sein. Fazit: Eine offene Welt voller Charme, ein überraschend gutes Free‑Flow‑Kampfsystem und jede Menge Nostalgie für Arkham‑Fans. Für mich eines der atmosphärischsten und spielerisch stärksten LEGO‑Games der letzten Jahre.
