Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.22/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

never choose spear, can't hit enemy even if they are standing right infront of you. only played for an hour and can't stand the controls and the lag is terrible.
The frame rate issue still hasn't been fixed, such a bummer for a 30FPS game, the PS1 version still runs better.
Legend of Mana is a charming little game, but not everyone's cup of tea. It's cute, easy and fun if you want a relaxing game with unique characters and stories involving them. There's surprising depth to pets raising, weapons tempering, fruit growing, skills acquiring and artifact placements, but it's absolutely not necessary to enjoy the game and complete it. Even though visually it's been improved over the original PSX version the sprites however remain pixelated which might bother some players, but you get used to it quickly and stop minding it after a while. There's also No Future mode once you complete the game for the first time that was added for the remaster version, which significantly raises the difficulty of the game for players that want a more challenging experience. Overall the game's short, sweet and nostalgic, but definitely not for everyone.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

peak nostalgia. Jarring pixel art on higher graphical settings was expecting more from HD REMASTER. That being said : PLAY WITH A GUIDE. You have been warned.
While I enjoyed the art style, this game did not at all feel worth the price. The plots seemed a bit convoluted, the quests were often confusing and the ending was anticlimactic. If you aren't playing this for nostalgia's sake as someone who played it back in the day, I'd recommend a different JRPG.
I really enjoyed Legend of Mana. The Gameplay is simple but addictive. The story is a bit of a mess, but some of the quest lines are very enjoyable. This is a true old school rpg in both the best and worst sense, as you can break the game in good and and bad ways and not know it until much later. it took me about 75 hours to complete all achievements, and I had to use a guide as some of them you would never think about otherwise.
Beautiful art, runs great, nostalgia for us PS1 era JRPG fans.
I wrote this review just to say that this game actually works with STEAM MACHINE and its present OS (per July 2026) - with some caveat. Switch to Proton Experimental and replacing audio dll file to make sure the BGM works. Now, on to the game. To be honest, i don't like the PC Port. It created this unecessary upgrade that the background and sprites were so apart in style. But i guess Square have to find an excuse of the ridiculous price tag for a nostalgia. Gameplay wise, its got everything. Literal world building, action, skill tree (sort of?), farming (kinda?), pets and robots, the most overly complicated weapon and armor crafting system that without a guide you'd be smacking random stuff. You can speed run it, but do try to enjoy the stories and wacky personalities in the game. Its a beautiful game ruined by uneccessary aesthetic upgrade. Other than that, still my all time favorite.
Could not get online play to work, and there are lots of stuttering issues. Real shame as this is one of my most favorite games of all time.
