Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered

Noch viel besser als damals! Das ist das beste, schönste und umfangreichste Remaster der Reihe mit sehr viel Bonus und Goodies Material! Ich als Fan der Soul Reaver Spiele komme bei Defiance Remastered voll auf meine Kosten und es fühlt sich stellenweise wie ein echtes Remake an wegen der neuen Kameraführung!

A good remaster that doesn't hurt the original art style and improves on the control and camera and includes some good behind the scenes material for the hardcore fans. Not much anything else to say since it's the same game. As a game on it's own... Not perfect but not bad either. Like the original. Would prefer a more open world experience when it comes to Nosgoth as it could have allot to offer +Best combat in the series +Story and dialog +Good way to end the Kain vs Raziel saga -Enemy variation is lacking and the same goes with bosses (mainly Raziels part) -"puzzles" are rather boring as it is mainly a hack and slash type game -Not that replayable and can get quite repetetive Now let's get a proper LoK sequel! (not some 2d platformer) I wouldn't mind if a sequel wouldn't include Raziel nor Kain and leave em as pure mentions, hints and nods as the new era emerges and intruduce new characters and continuing the Nosgoth history with new conflicts and such. A series that truly deserves more

As a longtime Legacy of Kain fan, this remaster did not disappoint. The new camera gives the game a fresh perspective, and the updated UI, map, skins make the whole experience feel more modern while staying true to the original. The lost levels were a nice extra so a 5/5 for me.

I really loved playing through these games ! Was just really nice to fill in a gap in knowledge regarding narritive within vidya-games. This was really nice and just a perfect conclusion to the franchise. It felt very definitive in its conclusion. I would haev been super curios to see whatever that cancelled 2014 Soul Reaver game would haev been like? Feel like if this franchise was to come back i'd like to see it set centuries after this games time-line and have fresh new characters that pay reference to this franchise. I would love to see a very unique different Nosgoth. Maybe with a Souls-like gameplay structure with empahsis on exploration?? Loved this! I think it's got more gameplay issues then narritive. A bit tedious the hack n slash combast system to the arkahic exploritive adventure elements of the previous. Eh ! Games are cool.

A true classic remastered! The free camera is such a blessing. If you played the original, grab this one!

An incredible adventure game. Peak story telling. The remaster has a lot to offer if you are a Legacy Of Kain fan.

Thank you for the remaster, getting to re-live one of my favorite and first games that i played on a computer, in a 3rd perspective was a blast.
