1. solid gameplay loop, responsive, etc etc... for anyone seeking relaxing gameplay, it's here. 2. my kids love to watch and play 3. the present humor is SUBTLE.
the tree filled to the brim with kites, the farmer having a drone.
It's absurd without drawing attention to itself. My daughter and I loled several times. 4. just buy it and have a good time. I found myself getting lost from the immersion of mowing a lawn.
It's a fun and zen lawn maintenance game, definitely good for turning your brain off and mowing the day away! The only gripe I've had is the steering of the early mowers feels off when you try to reverse. That could just be a part of the mechanics of using the early ones but it was a little annoying. Mostly played on Steam Deck and the performance was really good, overall definitely worth checking out if you enjoy these type of games.
I enjoyed Lawn Care Simulator. Relaxing and fun. Decent mechanics (could use some improvement), nice art style, and just the right amount of story. Scratches that power washer or lawn mowing itch. Glad I ended up getting this one. Hoping the team adds more content.
I LOVE THIS I'M SO EXCITED FOR MORE Also, don't recommend cutting off any cars but hey, you do you!! Very satisfying and relaxing game that I felt like I actually earned the upgrades and felt even somewhat accomplished after completing longer jobs!
Probably one of the better Lawn Care Simulator games to come out in a while. To be honest, the demo had me believe it was going to be some janky AI slop, but I am so happy I decided to pick this up on sale and give it a go. The tools are incredibly satisfying to use, the upgrades come at a really good pace, the levels are fun and unique, and there's tons of little easter eggs/secret to find. There were only a handful of bugs that weren't really game breaking, just minor inconveniences that were easily fixed. Hope to see more levels come out for this game, was sad when it ended, but the base game itself got me about 16 hours of fun and if you're a completionist, you'll have tons of hours just hunting the achievements.
i can tell this game is still in early access. the controls when mowing with the lawnmower is the worst controls ive ever seen. I can barely drive up sidewalks with the lawnmower, i drive trough rocks and stuff on the ground like theres nothing there. It feels like a downs kid just figured out how lawnmowing works irl and decided to make a game out of it. I hope it gets better in the future but as of know i cant recommend anything about this game. Use those money and buy a pizza instead.
I am enjoying this game tremendously. There are still some bugs but the devs on discord are wonderful about helping and listening to what's happening.
As a big fan of the "Simulator" type games, I was really excited for this full release. I've spent 33 hours in it so far, and there's still a few more things I want to go do. The levels have good variety, the tools are fun to use, and there's some genuine surprises in store for the people looking for everything. The devs have been responsive to feedback in their Discord, and the entire experience was a ton of fun! Can't wait to see what new content might be added and what the team will come up with next!
