Progress: all main quests completed, all upgrades (minus some rooms), all staff and services, most staff upgrades
Overall: it's great. Another fantastic simulator to add to the pantheon behind Supermarket Sim and TCG Sim. It DOES have its problems, though. Here are some highlights followed by some issues: Highlights

You get 6 immediate quick slots and 12 inventory slots. That's handy when dealing with the absolute girth of items you need to fling around.
You get staff pretty fast and they work decently well. Overall no issues with them.
You can also upgrade staff quite extensively. Most staff can be upgraded like 5-8 times to work faster and they all have a mega side upgrade that lets them perform additional tasks like automatic lint rolling or running the minimart cash register.
I genuinely appreciate all the meme situations (like helping stuck customers in coin washers) and customer costumes (like Gojo from JJK or Nezuko from Demon Slayer). Makes the game more fun.
The side quests are cute and offer little breaks from the day-to-day alongside fun little rewards like DJ tables for new in-store music.
The DJ music from the turntable is super fun!
Peaceful mode is a great option if you just want to enjoy a side monitor activity while the day runs through.
You can get a t-shirt printer, draw custom t-shirts, and even upload images onto them. Yes any image you want. Granted you have to re-upload the image per shirt, which is a bummer, but it's still funny.
All of the side services are interesting and thankfully all get staff to help you keep up with your endeavors. You get all of the following to do: laundry, coin wash laundry, minimart, custom t-shirt printing, shoe cleaning, carpet cleaning, laundry delivery, and a bakso cart (Indonesian meatball dish).
Issues

Item placement is whacky: left click rotates and E places, so you'll often accidentally rotate an item after carefully moving around with it and there's no snap to grid so it's very floaty.
Troublemakers get a quick notification at the top center of your screen, but I'd appreciate an icon to know they're approaching. It's SO easy to miss that notification in the middle of running around.
For some reason: items are taken from the back and middle of their shelves instead of from the front. Makes counting stock sometimes harder than it should be.
Can't remove cans from Vending Machines, which led to me desperately needing customers to clear a row out so I can place the last flavor I mistakenly forgot to stock.
I DESPERATELY needed a menu or a button to quickly just add +10% on top of the current market price to items. Manually calculating all 16~ items everyday got old fast and eventually I just stopped setting prices and let customers leave mad.
Vending Machine bug: hitting enter places the price, but you have to hit the green check mark for it to officially set into the machine.
For weeks I didn't even know you could set vending machine prices. I tried to adjust it via the tag, like the minimart, but I guess you had to hit the panel of buttons off on the bottom of the machine.
Could really use a number when viewing minimart items of how many I have on the shelves AND in stock total.
I had to restart the game entirely to change inputs from controller to keyboard.
Notifications bug: sometimes when alt tabbing to other desktop items the notifications on the left side of the screen just stop appearing. This becomes devastating when machines are broken and people are waiting for shoes to be cleaned.
I could have used a tutorial on the different types of laundry machines like for suits, costumes, and sheets. I didn't even know I had to buy different machines for these until I hit max laundromat rank.
Similarly: I completely forgot the buffs tablet existed until I hit max laundromat rank, like for $800 to increase cash flow or permanent buffs to tips of each service. Would have been nice to get a midgame reminder right when the player could feasibly afford some of these that they are available.
There really shouldn't be collision on ordered boxes. My stocker keeps ice skating them everywhere in front of the store and stock room so I'll randomly find boxes of soda just laying beyond the delivery zone.
Sometimes you order so many items that the stocker pushes them through the fence into the money laundering area and this causes her to bug out and just stare at the boxes she can't get indefinitely.
Stockers shouldn't have to wait for customers to finish grabbing items before restocking. I keep finding her stuck on the soda vending machine unable to move because 4 people are in line to get a soda and she's waiting to restock it.
This is one of the weirder ones: you just don't have the staff to use the room the game gives you. Maxxed out washers and ironers can barely keep up with the influx of customers for the DEFAULT space in the game let alone the other 3 rooms you can get for laundromat items. Could really have used more staff for specifically washing/drying laundry and ironing/folding laundry.
The achievements are just way too grindy. I barely lint rolled 120 baskets by the end and they want me to lin roll 520 of them. No way!
It's an overall great little simulator that sucks you in and does an amazing job of breadcrumbing you into upgrades and items you'll want. An easy recommendation if you've completely wiped yourself on Supermarket Simulator playthroughs.
Above average simulator. It's nice, has decent amount of content and there's mini-games for some of the activities. Progression is slow though, but it's fun, at least in the beginning until you start getting tired of doing the same things over and over again. When you finally reach the point where you can hire staff, it becomes a bit more enjoyable. You then continue to progress; unlocking skills, more staff, features, better equipment and new income opportunities. There are also some cheesy story quests, nothing really interesting but I still think it's a nice addition to the core gameplay. CONS; What I didn't like: - Too much cleaning, repairing and other annoyances that makes you run back and forth for relatively meaningless busy-work. - Staff is very inefficient! The work between the staff is not coordinated, which f.ex. results in the staff with the task of folding and ironing just standing there waiting for work while all dryers are full of clothes ready to be folded and ironed. - Very slow and grindy. - End game is not fun! A huge disappointment since there's no real ending to the game, you just max out everything and play forever. I'm left with a feeling that it was all a waste of time. I was grinding for quite a while, before I realized there's no more content, no more quests, nothing more happening, but no indication that you reached the end of the game. I still recommend this game, especially if you're a fan of shop/business simulators, because I did have fun playing it. Gameplay is solid and it might be the currently best laundry store simulator game. The problem is that it just becomes tiresome, repetitive and a bit boring mid- to late-game.
The mouse is broken on the computer but overall, good game, it is currently quite hard to play though with the mouse broken.
I’ve played 33 hours so far and reached Rank 8, and I can confidently say this has become one of my favourite simulator games. The inclusion of Peaceful Mode is a standout feature — it creates a cozy, relaxing experience that makes the game perfect for unwinding. What I enjoy most is that it’s not limited to laundry tasks. There’s a great variety of activities, including the Bakso Shop, Carpet Cleaning, Shoe Cleaning, Minimart, and more. The side quests, perk system, and different ways to earn money add depth and keep the gameplay engaging. For a $6.00 title, it offers impressive value and a surprisingly rich gameplay loop. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys simulator or management-style games. I’m hoping to see future updates and additional ranks, as the game has so much potential to grow even further.
This game has me hooked! Once you figure out the best way to make money, it just keeps coming. Super addicting.
Very fun. 10/10 will play again.
