Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I commend the developers for trying something different. They tackled the concept of "old people dating in a retirement home" with respect. They didn't shy away from covering heavy topics such as "death" and "Alzheimer's disease", topics that naturally arise from the concept they went for. The writing proved itself to be competent early on. I liked how the writers use the escape of our overwhelmed pet as a narrative tool to introduce us to all of the main characters in our first day at the nursing home. The characters we meet all have some depth to them, they all carry some emotional baggage, which is expected from their advanced ages. Some of the jokes did manage to get a chuckle out of me. This project had potential. And yet I did not like it. The way they did approach the topics mentioned above felt toothless. The pace is too rushed, all conflicts get resolved too fast and cleanly, you don't get the time to explore the depths of the characters, not even for the ones you're explicitly pursuing. I hated the mac and cheese induced shared dream sequence. I find the chosen art style and the presentation to work very well, I appreciate the original cheesy songs that are used in the game, but I'm afraid that the whole experience was in the end just forgettable.

for a game that prides itself on inclusivity, there sure is a lot of ableism. yes, this is about the experiences of the elderly and coping with the changes that comes with, including to your abilities. the options presented in the game when thinking about disability are not presented in a balanced way. when you click what your character is thinking about needing a wheelchair or a cane, it's negative- there's never the option for a positive attitude, and rarely for neutral. in the way the game centers a community of very open-minded and progressive elderly folks, im surprised it was like this, because it just doesnt fit the tone & setting of the game. also it's really annoying that you have to double click to select choices but that's a pet peeve. i do enjoy how interactive the game is and how often you get to select what your character is thinking.
Later Daters is a game about dating as an elderly in an old folks home. It shares about the difficulties and struggles the elderly face dating at their age. The story is pretty short and there are actually a lot of choices/people that you can go for. I liked how creative this game was. I finished a playthrough and my journey was pretty tame...there are some wild scenes. Pretty fun game.
This game was very short and lacking. It was fun at the beginning but this is essentially half a game. However, I am glad that this was part of the bundle I got.
I like the premise, the art style is pleasant, you can have a pet robot! ... but I can't recommend the game for the simple fact that you can't manually save. Clicking on the save icon freezes the game. There's a thread in discussions from 2020, but that bug never got solved. Yes, there is autosave, so it's not gamebreaking, but I can't overlook such a blatant bug. Sucked all the enjoyment out of the game for me.
Let me start this off with saying that I really liked this game. It was cute, charming, and I really enjoyed the art style. I also found the cribbage minigame fun. It's a creative take on the dating sim genre. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to play the game since late December of last year. The starting screen is frozen upon launch and completely unresponsive. After several attempts at restarting my computer, verifying the files, uninstalling then redownloading the game, I still can't get it to work. Such a shame really. I was having a good time playing through it, didn't even get to finish romancing Crystal.

Um bom jogo pra imaginar quanta p*t*r** deve rolar em uma casa de repouso!
Later Daters isn't a game I'd have normally picked up but it was in my humble bundle and the concept seemed cute. I am so glad I decided to give it a try. This is a very sweet (albeit short) dating sim that had me deeply connected to the characters much more than other dating sims have. They were all well-rounded and lovable with relatable and emotional backstories. Crystal is my favorite, and I just adore her. I am also shocked to say that the cribbage minigame is a new addiction. I've never played cribbage but now I absolutely love it. What a fun little pastime. I do wish we could view the arts we've unlocked through the story, that's usually a feature in every game of this type but isn't here.
Cute easy story, played through two romances and will probably replay again to see what happens with the other characters. Loved the inclusivity :)
