Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 17 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Last Neighbor is a first-person horror adventure developed by TrerPlay and published by Edco Games that builds its entire experience around a simple but effective premise. The player takes the role of a young thief who notices a family apparently leaving their home with luggage, creating what seems like the perfect opportunity for a quick burglary. However, after entering the house, it becomes clear that someone has been left behind, and what should have been an easy crime quickly turns into a frightening fight for survival. The setup immediately establishes tension and gives the story a sense of urgency that remains present throughout the game. The game's strongest feature is its atmosphere. Rather than relying on constant jump scares or relentless action, Last Neighbor focuses on creating a lingering feeling of dread. The house itself becomes an unsettling maze filled with locked doors, hidden clues, and mysterious spaces that encourage exploration while simultaneously making players feel vulnerable. Every room raises new questions about the people who lived there and the disturbing presence that now stalks the property. This careful use of environmental storytelling allows the narrative to unfold naturally without excessive dialogue or cutscenes. Exploration serves as the core of the gameplay. Players must investigate their surroundings, search for useful items, uncover clues, and solve puzzles in order to progress. The puzzles are designed to complement the horror rather than interrupt it, requiring observation and logical thinking while maintaining the game's suspenseful pace. The challenge level is accessible enough for most players, making the experience enjoyable for horror fans who prefer atmosphere and investigation over extremely complex problem-solving. One of the more interesting aspects of Last Neighbor is how it reverses traditional horror roles. Instead of being an innocent victim entering a haunted location, the protagonist begins as a criminal trespassing in someone else's home. This perspective adds an unusual layer to the story because the player's predicament is a direct consequence of their own actions. As the mystery deepens, the house transforms from a potential source of profit into a dangerous trap, making the player's desire to escape increasingly urgent. Visually, the game embraces a modest but effective presentation. While it does not feature cutting-edge graphics, the environments are detailed enough to support the atmosphere and mystery. Dark hallways, confined interiors, and carefully placed environmental details help create a sense of unease. The lighting system plays a major role in maintaining suspense, often obscuring what lies ahead and forcing players to proceed cautiously. This visual style works well within the game's scope and contributes significantly to its horror identity. The audio design deserves equal praise. Ambient noises, distant sounds, and periods of unsettling silence keep players constantly alert. The soundtrack and sound effects are used sparingly, allowing ordinary noises to become sources of tension. The result is a horror experience that frequently makes players question whether danger is actually present or merely imagined. This psychological approach proves more effective than relying solely on sudden scares and helps maintain immersion throughout the adventure. Because Last Neighbor is a relatively focused indie title, it does not aim to provide a lengthy campaign or extensive replay value. Instead, it delivers a concentrated horror experience that prioritizes atmosphere, suspense, and mystery. Some players may wish for a deeper story or more varied gameplay systems, but the game's commitment to a smaller, more focused vision allows it to maintain a consistent level of tension from beginning to end. Overall, Last Neighbor succeeds as an atmospheric horror game that turns a simple break-in scenario into a compelling nightmare. Its combination of exploration, puzzle-solving, psychological tension, and environmental storytelling creates an engaging experience for fans of indie horror. While it may not reinvent the genre, it effectively uses familiar elements to craft a memorable journey through a house filled with secrets and danger. Players looking for a suspense-driven horror adventure with a strong sense of isolation and mystery will find plenty to appreciate here. Rating: 7/10
