Korean Scary Folk Tales VR : The Forbidden Book

[h1] Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers [/h1] [i] note for Oculus users: you have to press trigger and press on joystick to start game [/i] I finished the game in 11 minutes. I was going as slow as possible, trying to enjoy the game and not speed run it. The puzzles were just too easy. I figured out every puzzle almost instantaneously, it just took longer to use the motion controls to get all the pieces where I wanted. Keep in mind, the controls were obviously meant for HTC Vive wands and for room-scale. I did manage to beat the game standing, but not without having to get to some almost out of reach areas. I did like the atmosphere. I liked the sounds. I even liked the Korean ghost lady that's supposed to be scary. I actually just want her number. Take away the scars/ blood stains on her face and she's really cute. It's actually funny looking at the store page video and seeing those people jump in fright. Yeah ... no, it's not scary. There are some jump scares, but it's more like hey girl, what you doing later tonight. I digress, the game does have a story. Something about a child missing. You have to find the books to save the child. I think that's the story. Anyways, the game is just too short and too easy. There's only 1 environment area and you teleport to the 4 (or was it 5?) puzzle spots within the area. Anyways, there's no way this is worth $4.99 or the $3.99 sale price. This is at most a $1.99 game. I wanted to ask for a refund, but I hate being a jerk so I won't. Devs, I know you guys worked hard on this game, but you have to know what you have and price it accordingly. You don't have a $5 content game on Steam VR. You have a very good $1.99 mobile VR game, on the Samsung Gear VR store this is probably GOTY in the .99 cents category if you decide to go even a bit lower in price. Rate 4/10. It's good to demo to newbies to VR I suppose. They can feel good about solving a puzzle in VR.
