About
“It's a roguelike autobattler, Jim, but not as we know it.”
Build a powerful intergalactic starship by interlocking different technologies, then battle through a galaxy populated with other players' creations.

In Konfronto you build your starship by purchasing cargo from the intergalactic trader, and then arranging them in your ship’s hold. Where you place them matters.

Expand your playing area by sending Pilots out to clear space in the cargo hold. Or put your Pilots in command of spaceships to increase your power, but they can’t do both at the same time.

Meet other players’ creations in head to head battles! Don’t worry, the game is asynchronous. They don't even have to be online when you inevitably crush them.

This is a really fun autobattler. Very similar to Backpack Battles, except in space. And not nearly as much stuff in this game yet, but with much better UI. It's nice to see how much damage/shielding stuff did fast, and especially see item merge results on hover. Also the puns are.. uh.. yeah great. On the downside this can be a bit frustrating. Grabbing early wins is important (though not necessary), and sometimes you just don't get the critical ships on first rounds or get matched against insane ships. Unlike some other autobattlers you don't get any mercy for early losses, so it can feel bad. Losing doesn't carry any penalty besides life loss, so it doesn't matter as such.
It is exactly what it looks like: put ships in a box, attack, and pray to the RNG gods to bless you.
This is actually a pretty great autobattler that has backback battles vibes but you aren't beholden to picking up tiles to expand your board. The pilot system allows you to get extra buffs or expand your board at will which I enjoy a lot. I hope more people get their eyes on this one. Edit: I'm heavily addicted, the gameplay loop is great. Take this for what you will.
Great game. Inventory management genre is my newest addiction and Konfronto is head of the pack. One more run? more like twenty. Clear and fun UI, most things are explained very well. The community is very friendly and have helped me with things i could not work out myself. A lazy way of describing it would be "backpack battles in space", but there is more to it than that. The tournament system is a great hook, keeps you coming back to try and fill up spots on the upcoming battles. Well done and a big thanks to the team for getting me hooked. See you on the battlefield.
Losing Simulator 2026 Although there is so much potential here to be an addictive, and innovative inventory management game, it unfortunately ends up being a massive disappointment. At the time of this review, how did I have a 54% (105 wins, 86 losses) battle win rate, but an 11% run win rate? The balance issues are insane. A “run” is just a set of ranked battles before you win or lose. You have a mere 5 lives before your run is over. I assume that the battles become more difficult as you rank up, and ultimately it feels like I’ve hit my skill ceiling and can find no more enjoyment in success. I may win a battle here and there, but I will never again win another run. “So why not play unranked games?” you might ask. Assuming unranked would mean random battles with more opportunity to win games. Well, as far as I can see, there is no unranked game mode. There are a few nonsense game modes which are basically just challenges. All of these seem to have some kind of limited time period as well for whatever reason. Maybe they are all part of a ranking system that gets reset after a month, as there is a timer displayed in days left for…something. Who knows? Another annoyance with this game is the items you buy in the trader shop. You are only offered four items to purchase, and another two for crew recruitment. FOUR. How am I supposed to find anything useful, or that works together with other systems, with only four options per shop reroll? Sure, you can reroll the shop, but it is expensive to do so. Also, unless crew are pilots, they are almost useless! Crew can unlock tiles, and maybe one or two have the ability to unlock extra tiles, but other than that, 90% of them have no secondary ability! It would have been far better if their ability to unlock tiles was just a default, and they actually had a secondary ability that meant something. How about cargo/tools and ship combinations? These kinds of games are known for combining or upgrading items, and creating something more powerful. This does exist in Konfronto, but there are so incredibly few combinations, and also not explained or conveyed to the player in a good enough manner. For a full release, this game is one of the most unbalanced inventory management auto-battlers I’ve played so far. I’d give it a 4.9/10. If the issues are ever resolved, the score could be much higher.
美漫风的背包管理游戏,解锁格子需要驾驶员解锁,有点麻烦,数值设计还可以,动画还算流畅,主题是星舰,喜欢美漫风格的可以试试,还是挺好玩的
Konfronto is a blast. An async auto battler with clean asthetics and active development.
Amazing game - by far the best alternative to backpack battles with amazing art and valid ELO ranking system. Definitely check it out, low risk pvp and a good balance of challenge and chill. Edit now having reached and played for a few days in and out of the top 20 and the gameplay is even better. Of course the luck can be frustrating but there are endless tricks to hedge your bets. Sometimes you go for the gold, and otherwise you change up strategy to desperately eek out one more win to minimize losses or maximize win.
so many PUNS
I may be biased, but this is a really fun autobattler
