the atmosphere and the story telling are amazing too, don't get entranced by the awesome combat too much, stop to talk to the fish as well

A classical roguelike platformer with features like: 1. Weak Points on enemies, rewarding for aiming, and the feedback on critical hits is great 2. Unique design of weapons as each serves for a unique playstyle Would recommend to all roguelike gamers to give it a try!

I am a big fan of side scrollers and rougelikes. This one just misses on all fronts. the gameplay feels clunky and there isn't enough to keep interest past the controls. If this was meant to be an advertisement for a full game, I think it is working against the devs. Given the experience in this prologue, I will 100% avoid games in this series.

The movement feels sluggish and clunky, not very responsive, it just doesn't feel that great to move. The menus could use a bit of work, like showing what button is used for each weapon slot. There is one attack one of the humans does that I can't see any kind of warning or telegraph for, a line just appears out of nowhere and hits me every time. Maybe I'm missing it, and it's just not very noticeable. Hoping this gets some improvements and ends up being a great game! The dev seems responsive from what I've seen at least. Good luck!

The content available in this free prologue feels very complete and polished. The weapons, skills, and unique mechanics are very well thought out. Both the art and animation are also amazing. Even though it's essentially a demo, the game is significantly difficult (as a souls-like should be.) It took me a couple of tries to get past the first boss. The game feels very smooth and I could very well see myself playing this for hours. There are also lots of accessibility features, including ones that decrease difficulty, which is nice to see this early on.

So much content for a free prologue! I cant wait to see the full game when its done! Definitely going to be playing more of this in my free time.
