This game isn`t rich storywise! It plays almost as much as Knights and Dungeons another game of mines.... This is also not an Idle game and battles aren`t automated. This game is about actively doing repeatable tasks to unlock new content such as new gear and new enemies.

Fun but short. Just like my wiener.
Knight's Pride is a mediocre RPG Maker title that is, by its very description, a level up exercise and nothing more: Aside from a tower with preset battles, you will rinse and repeat combat until you earn enough gold and levels to defeat its final boss, and get a "to be continued" ending.
In all fairness, the developer is honest about what this is: It's not meant to have a story, a world to explore, or members to recruit. Rather, you start the game, are ejected to the world map after a cliché opening sequence, and from there, level up, buy/sell to upgrade gear, and then "get your revenge and have fun." It will take about an one and a half hours to complete this hamster wheel, which earns you all of its achievements in the process. Who is this game for? People who like to grind. Why you'd need to pay for that privilege is beyond me... fire up any of Steam's Asian F2P MMOs for plenty of that and much more to do. As this is an RPG maker title, all the standard details apply: The game runs windowed by default, there are shortcut keys native to the engine that you're already supposed to know about, and the content is all rearranged stock assets. The combat is uninspired, consisting of a slugfest 3v1, aside from its penultimate boss. At the very least, it should have included a speed up toggle to cut the tedium of spamming attack ad nauseam. The developer has already announced this app's retirement but it's unclear when it will be delisted. Grab it while you still can, or miss it forever. Primarily for collectors only, it won't add to achievement counts as it's still in restricted status. Achievement Hunters: Defeat the final boss for 100%. All are unmissable. To shave as much time as possible, try to endure until you unlock the fire spell, then spam it for OHKOs until you can upgrade gear and move on to the next enemy tier, and so on. The final boss does require armor upgrades, or you will not be able to tank enough turns to finish her. Thank you F.S. maaa for the donation.
At least the developer is honest about the game. If you like grinding and have a couple of hours to kill you might want to check it out.
A very laid-back, simple to play RPG. I found it nice and cosy. Read the description and see if it's for you!
Nice game
öneriyorum zaman geçirmeliik oyun
RPG Maker strikes again! "Knight`s Pride" is one of hundreds of low effort RPG Maker flips spamming the store. RPG Maker is designed specifically to be used by children, in their own words, "These easy to use tools are simple enough for a child". It's just a bunch of canned assets mixed with cringey high school anime club fan fiction. This is arguably one of the worst RPG Maker asset flips on Steam... the "developer", a Russian shovelware pusher who keeps throwing dozens of pixelcrap games onto Steam as lazy, low effort cash grabs, found Kadokawa's RPG Maker but couldn't work out how to do anything with it apart from the basic combat loop, so that's all you do, fight and level up. No plot to speak of, exploration... this is an RPG with the roleplaying removed, leaving arguably the worst part of RPG Maker, the incredibly crappy Final Fantasy ripoff turn based combat... pathetic, isn't it? Still, this "developer" is hell bent on dumping garbage onto Steam so he can get a few roubles, and that's all this exists for. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. This is just more RPG Maker pixelcrap. The crap graphics are met with even worse gameplay, in no small part to RPG Maker itself being crap, and when combining that with talentless, unqualified developers using a childrens toy to pretend to be real game developers with these fan-fictions, gamers suffer. The game is very simplistic, small and limited in scope and ambition. This feels more like a tech demo, proof of concept or student homework assignment rather than a fully fledged product designed for PC gamers. As such it doesn't offer any real value as a serious PC game. This looks a lot like it was designed for consoles, but released on Steam instead by mistake. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this never made it to the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. The amateur pixelcrap visual presentation here at best could have been an attempt to use "retro" as a crutch, a weak excuse to avoid admitting the developer wasn't capable of doing the job of a game developer this decade and creating cutting edge, high quality 3D visuals. While a lack of skill or funding is the explanation for this failure, it's no excuse. The end result of this incompetence is a game that looks dramatically inferior to professionally developed games. Terraria and Undertale succeeded despite looking crap, not because they look crap. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. Next is pricing and value. Is this game worth buying from among the 140,000+ games on Steam? Knight`s Pride is relatively cheap at $3 USD, but it's not worth it. Gamers who want a good retro JRPG experience would be better off playing the originals, like Final Fantasy, Star Ocean or Chrono Trigger. This is also competing with over 14,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product. There's enough defects and quality problems with this game that it's really impossible to recommend to gamers.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
