That was a rather adorable game.
A sweet, well-done visual novel about secretive magical organizations, high-school pressures/relationships, and coping with grief, all in the setting of Gather! Mystery Research Club. Equal parts wacky, touching, and tragic. High-quality art and engaging characters, although between the three club members, Akane steals the show. Highly recommend

✔️ Tested on Steam Deck, works fine (25/02/2023). Touchscreen for navigating the menu, 'A' button for advancing text. Not the most polished VN in the world, but it has an interesting premise and it's obvious a lot of thought was put into the writing of the different routes. Art outside CGs could be improved and also some heavy subjects are mentioned and not handled very well, maybe even giving a negative message. Make sure to pay attention to the trigger warnings in this visual novel.
I really enjoyed this. The characters are all cute and charming. The art is a little hit or miss for me. I get the style but its just not my preference especially for what turns out to be a bit of a darker story. However this game is hard to discuss without talking or at least referencing the fact the plot is not what it initially seems. Which I do very much enjoy the big twist. My only real issue is that I feel the twist comes up and we spend a long time after that in some of the stories. I felt the post twist could have been shortened a little in some of the stories. It feels like it drags on a bit for some of them even though it is still cute.
Loved this game so much! It had so much heart and Minori was a wonderful yet relatable protagonist. I definitely cried a few times. Many emotional gut punches. Play it!
it was good, worth the money for some solid writing and humor. Though the kind of jokes, especially the more dark ones, I find particularly funny personally. It being a yuri vn doesn't really do a whole lot for me and I enjoyed the non romantic sections more then the others though I still found the romance fine enough. The artwork for normal dialogue threw me off initially but I find it charming when paired with the dialogue. It's got heart so to speak. If I had to sum it up quickly, it has 3 routes and the quality is consistent across all of them (Tomoko is my favorite). Buy if you want to chuckle and or feel emotions. Reminds me of a specific slice of life manga about this one loser who tries to make friends.
As far as the art goes, the characters look like they were drawn by a middle schooler and the backgrounds look like a preschooler did them. The writing is way too melodramatic and expositional for me. The game opens on a dramatic confrontation between a mother and her protagonist daughter. The daughter demands to know where her absent father is. Right before she's about to learn the truth her mom disappears, too. She literally disappears into thin air with no explanation and the protagonist doesn't even treat it like a mystery what happened to her. So then the girl grows into a teenager and, in addition to being a tortured soul orphan, she's also a demon hunter. I quit the game after a particularly boring encounter between the protagonist and her grandpa. I have no idea what the point of the interaction was, all I remember is she spouted a lot of exposition about how much she loves and cares about him, then the screen faded into the next scene and I couldn't take any more.
I was actually planning to write a bad review, but I had fun with it. Not very well written, dialog is a mess, no voice acting at all, but it was fun to poke with friends.
