I quite enjoyed this game overall. The core gameplay loop is satisfying, progression feels good, and the controls are smooth and responsive throughout. Exploring and rebuilding has a nice rhythm to it, and it kept me engaged for a solid chunk of time. The story is is alright, the ending underwhelming ... Maybe half the time played is dodging and waiting for skills to reload. And it's not always obvious where to go next. To mention the silliest, there's a part that really look like active spiky floor traps so I avoided the area. They were actually harmless. That one’s on me, but also… maybe make it a bit clearer. Anyway, if you like old looking RPG do buy it, it's worth it.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

8/10 I cannot say exactly why, but I was really surprised to find this game as good as it was. There are a few parts and a few enemies which are redundant, but there is also very clear progression, customization, and an evolving and expanding world. The story isn't too deep, but is enjoyable. The resource management isn't anywhere near as obnoxious and strict as other games. The art style and combat is pretty good too. I might just have to go back and 100% the achievements...
Once you "get it", and it feels your jam - it's pretty ok! I think the only real problem you might encounter is.. getting seemingly stuck. Yeah there's a map, but it just sometimes verges at not being useful - or even misleading. There's a couple of moments where your progression is completely stalled until you go to the *one* specific place you might've missed. I guess it can happen, in a game where exploration is a big part of it, but... it just didn't feel good. But apart from that, I enjoyed my time - a mixture of some resource management, puzzling and combat works rather well. The game structure feels a little formulaic, and some combat combinationa feel a little cumbersome - but at the end it was fine.
Short but good
Its a good game, it reminds me of old SNES games like Soul Blazer or ActRaiser where you rebuild the world over time. The biggest flaw is the ending/post ending, it seems like there was supposed to be more but there's nothing there. Honestly, I would go so far as that the developer should remove that part until such a point as there's a reason to do it.
I'm borderline on this. The game isn't offensively bad. The soundtrack is surprisingly pleasant, it his a nice visual aesthetic, and it works. If this had been released on SNES back in "the day", it might even be considered good. Now, though? No story, combat feels bad, lots of jank, grindy, and the game is very bad at giving you direction. I couldn't find anything else on "Egg or Chicken Games", but I would be interested to see what they come up with next. It's short and not terrible, so if you want something like a short Brianlord... it's probably worth a couple bucks (if it's on sale), otherwise I would pass on it.
Enjoyable game, only thing I have an issue with is the game is a bit short, clocked 13 houres on the games while completing it twice and with idling. And the main part here is when I finally was starting to get my grips around the game it was over.
