This is a game done right in every meaning of the word. I feel transported into the era itself. The world is alive, the people are alive and the characters are likeable, funny and sincere. The world responds and delivers truly entertaining and immersive gameplay. Probably one of the best games I've ever played.

A fountain? Where does the water come from? Here, in the middle of the city

Combat has been slightly simplified from KCD1, which is a bit of a shame, but it also makes the game more accessible, so its an okay tradeoff. Still fun, regardless, and undoubtedly with more options. Pretty much every other category offers direct and marked improvement. An absolutely incredible game, but I'd reccomend playing the first game before this if you can! It goes on sale frequently, if you're interested. Not that the first game is necessary to enjoy this one, its just also an incredible game that is best experienced before this one.
