About
Kero Kero Cowboy is a brand new western themed platformer developed for the Game Boy Color! You play as Kero Kero, a frog on a journey to wrangle the wild west's most dangerous outlaws & bring peace to the untamed land. Face dastardly foes, perilous platforming challenges, and intense shootouts across deserts, mines, mountains, trains, forests, and beyond!
Kero Kero features an array of techniques and abilities to help him on his quest. He can eat enemies, spit them back out, or even brandish a giant revolver to dispatch far-off foes! But be aware, a 6-shooter only has room for 6 bullets, so use them wisely! He can also swim with ease, ride in a giant cowboy boot to stomp enemies, ride rails in a mine cart, and spit hot fire after eating a spicy jalapeño pepper. How to best utilize his abilities in each scenario is up to you, the player!
25 levels of rootin' tootin' retro platforming action!

An amazing experience! It felt like a genuine retro Game Boy game! I find myself humming tunes from this game all the time now. 10/10 and I hope to see an expanded sequel on the NES some day!
Absolutely worth the wait. This is a gem of a retro platformer adventure. It ticks all the right boxes. Man I love frogs too.
Nice little platformer. It controls nicely, looks and sounds good (love the Mines theme) and has probably the best gameplay of any GB Studio games I have tried out lately. The game starts fairly simple, but things get a little spicier in the last two worlds, especially in the bonus stages (haven't finished the last two) Overall a very pleasing experience, even if the PC version is really just the ROM playing in a emulator with no settings.

If you told me this was a long lost Game Boy Color, I'd 100% believe you. This game is the the genuinely Game Boy experience in every way! Incredibly fun and well made!
I like forgs. Game has forg. Game is fun.
A very charming and well-executed retro platformer. Music and visual art are great. This game is fun give it a shot.
Pretty charming title that wears its inspo proud. My only complaints is that I feel that it does almost too much? Not in the gameplay department but for limitations for the game boy engine since this title seems to have really noticible slow down and dysnc when things get even a lil clusterd.
Greatness.
