About

A wandering miner named Axel takes on the mission of restoring the Sacred Gems that maintain the world's life energy, or else it will become a land of nothingness under Tourmaline's desire to see the world in ruins. Restore the Sacred Gems across 8 different areas while jumping, dashing, and mining your way through obstacles and enemies.

Along with your partner Bixie, you will meet various characters and help restore the Sacred Gems in each area, and ultimately destroy the Cursed Gem causing the world to be in danger. Use your trusty pickaxe or well timed jumps to defeat Tourmaline's henchmen and the negative creatures at his disposal.

40 levels of platforming goodness.
Travel across 8 different areas and meet the inhabitants along the way.
Utilizing well timed jumps, slides, and dashes will allow you to access different paths and hidden secrets.
Unlock extra abilities and increase your maximum health and attack power by leveling up! To level up, you will need to defeat several enemies and collect gems to increase your experience points. After leveling up multiple times, your Attack Power will increase as well!
To gain even more experience points, perform Stylish Moves by pressing the jump button again after bouncing off an enemy. Try to reach the maximum level if you can!
There are numerous Character Cards
scattered throughout the land, and they can give you small bonuses whether it's based on friends or foes. If you're a completionist, try collecting them all!

Absolute horrible keyboard controls. Even when you rebind it, it feels really wrong. (can't wall jump with the normal jump button..?) It looks and sounds like a really fun game, too bad they didn't focus on controls and make it playable for people withhout a controller. No achievements? Even if you send people to harass me, i'm not changing the review. lol Also looks like Vibrant Venture. Play that game instead.
At the moment, unfortunately, the game. Has a bug with saves. If you don’t save and leave the game then your save will be broken and play from the beginning. The game is good but it has bugs that need to be fixed
the game crashes when I'm trying to sleep. then the save file corrupts.
I just finished World 1, and my impressions are very good. It’s a really cute platformer with a surprising number of movement mechanics; imagine “Super Mario World,” but you can also sprint, wall-jump, and dive-jump. It's quite an ambitious undertaking for a 2D platformer, but it works really well. The pixel art is also really cute and has a very “crisp” look; I’d eat this game up just for the art style alone. A really cool game.
I feel like I got my money's worth. :)
This isn't the most indepth review because I haven't finished the game. But I do want to say one thing. As a massive fan of Super Paper Mario, this game gives the same vibe in a way no other game has before. Sure, it doesn't have the same story and 2D-3D gameplay, but the vibe feels the same. It's not to explain, but it just feels the same. All I hope now is that the rest of the game lives up.
Great pixel platformer and a cool story!
A pretty fun little 2d platformer. It looks very nice and the music is great. The level design is fantastic! Moving through the levels and finding all the secrets and cards was so fun. It took me a bit to get the timing down on the midair tricks (it seems you have to press Jump like right after you bounce off an enemy), but when I got the hang of it, it became extremely satisfying to try to jump on as many enemies in a row as I could. Very fun! The level up system was pretty neat too. You can really feel the Super Paper Mario influence in this game. Especially with the story... this game's story is very similar to Super Paper Mario's story... maybe TOO similar, honestly. That's probably my one gripe with this game, I would've liked to see something more unique. But, like I said, everything else in this game is phenomenal, and it's very inspiring that this was made by one person, with another doing the music. Highly recommended!
I love a good old fashion platformer. This game has cool moves, hidden treasures and cards. I haven't finished yet, but getting close. I guess it could be a little more difficult, but besides that I like what I see.
A very cool mix of mario 3, yoshi island, super paper mario (wich im a big fan of) and the mobility of metroid and megaman (and a tiny bit of amy gameplay in sonic adventure with the pickaxe), mixed up with its own twist. Pretty damn rad, if you ask me. Buy it now and have fun, super raccomanded.
