A short game about growing plants by creating branches, leaves, roots, vines and more.

Kasi starts you off with nothing, merely explaining the basics of how to grow your plant before leaving you to explore its systems on your own. You’ll use your mouse to manually drag out every branch, leave etc. to expand your plant. This process requires sufficient water and sunlight to be absorbed by the plant, bringing a bit of strategy to the game. With no real goal given by the game, you’re mostly free to experiment with creating different kinds of plants in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, Kasi is a neat little time waster and I enjoyed it well enough.
Nice relaxing game, but too much leave / brench make the fps drop like hell.

great game id pay 20$ for it tbh
It's a simple and delightful game with adorable little critters and lovely sound effects. It's very peaceful and let's me zen out while I play. Be plant. Grow. Change.
Kasi is a relaxing game about directing a plant to grow how you want it. The controls are very simple and so are the mechanics once you learn them. Each part of a plant you can click and drag to grow into branches, leaves, vines, flowers, fruit, etc. It's a calming and enjoyable experience that makes me wish that this game was more well known. What makes me really happy is the philosophy behind this game. Kasi is actually a word in a minimalist constructed language known as Toki Pona. (Kasi simply meaning "plant"). One of the major aspects of Toki Pona is that communication can become clear and precise using only a few, simple words. I feel like this game captures that well. There's a lot of little things that you can learn as you play or by reading the in-game guide that will teach you how to keep using these simple mechanics to build something beautiful and complex. (Also some in-game text and the achievements are in Toki Pona as well, try translating them if you can!) If you like relaxing games or interesting indie titles, then please, please, please give this game a try, I love it.
Kasi is an absolute gem on Steam! The gameplay is incredibly engaging, with beautifully designed levels that keep you hooked from start to finish. The puzzles are challenging yet satisfying to solve, and the story is immersive and unique. The art style and soundtrack complement each other perfectly, creating a captivating atmosphere that draws you in. The controls are smooth and intuitive, and the progression feels rewarding. If you're a fan of creative and thoughtful puzzle games, Kasi is definitely worth a try! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fresh experience!
