It's chaotic and pretty fun for a couple hours if you enjoy the silliness of seriously crowded racetracks. Could do with a lap timer and position indicator perhaps, but I get that the game was made in just two weeks and most of the time was probably spent making sure the karts bounce in the most aesthetic way possible. I made a button mashing macro to speed up setting the lap count as high as possible to see what it could get up to, 999, and in doing so it somehow let me set the vehicles count above the max of 60. If you have too many at once you'll start outside of the track and fall, which will get you that seemingly impossible "The Screams..." achievement. 81 vehicles is the most that fits into the level, but it will also use so much memory that it might just crash your computer after a while. I managed to finish a 100 lap race (begrudgingly in second place) and recorded the whole thing. At a couple points it looked like the game had seized up for good. Then shortly after I stopped recording it ended up crashing my computer due to using too much memory. It was worth it.
a short racing game for in between. overall it's alright and cute made. only one track available. the price of the game is in offer good.

Despite somewhat plain design at first sight, the gameplay is rather hardcore; the things that matter most in this game are precision of control and situational awareness. Comes with pleasant bounciness and hilarious sound effects. 9/10 If only it has lap timer I'd definitely play several more hours. ===== Tips:
You can jump by L/E key (Jump1/2 on the config) for additional fun
A simple kart racing game, which is ridiculously addictive to play. Bring back the good old days of playing Revolt + Chaotic + Ambient noises + Fun and addictive to play - Only 1 track
While it is already inexpensive, the low amount of content in this game (i.e. only one short race course, and no customization options) makes me think it should be even cheaper than it is, so if you do plan to buy this game, perhaps wait for a sale...though I would think this would make for an alright free game for kids. There's just not that much to this game other then the fact that you can have up to 60 karts in the same race, which in itself is unique, and does make for a chaotic experience - one which some may even find frustrating. Kids may get more out of it, but the game does get old quickly, being that there's just not enough variety, making it feel too repetitive. There is a little charm in the cuteness of the racers, and it is nice that you can have one other friend play with you, but I would wish for more in a game. *** ~ House Blythe, curator for Non-violent Entertainment: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/35899705/
Has one strength, but too many weaknesses for my recommendation
Credit where it's due: Being able to have a race of 60 cars on a single track is great fun. If that's all it takes for you to think the asking price is worth it, go ahead. That said... There's only one track in the game, with an annoying tunnel section that frequently turns you around. The chaos of 60 cars means you can get derailed long enough to lose your shot at first place, even without committing any driving errors. There's only the one-off race mode, your only rewards are achievements, and even one of those appears impossible to get ("Into the Void" requires you to fall off the map, but the level geometry doesn't have any gaps I was able to find, and I never experienced a collision that knocked me through the geometry). So, if you're an achievement hunter, or if you want a proper racing game, my verdict is: Not recommended.
I'm fine with the small amount of content (it's very clearly advertised as a <1hr game with a single racetrack), but what's really killing me are the lack of QoL improvements. There's no timer (current lap or global), and no placement indicator (especially egregious since one achievement requires getting exactly 2nd place, and you'll absolutely be lapping people before that race finishes). In the menu you can't even hold down a key to increase laps or number of karts, you have to spam it manually (again, to get some achievements you'll need to spam a key over 50 times). As soon as I tried two player mode, the game froze my entire computer for 30 seconds before crashing. The no controller support is a huge killer too, as holding the up arrow key (not even WASD) for so long while guiding with left and right is one of the least ergonomic positions you can have your hands in on a keyboard, and as someone with carpal tunnel it's just awful
shouldve been GOTY 2019
