Game is fun but! Hi the game is fun but customer service is bad!!Their not willing to help when you spend money to buy diamonds ecc...When there's a glitch and you use diamonds ,customer service will not help! After spending the last diamonds im deleting this game!!

I love the game but.. I really enjoy playing June's Journey, but the Detective Partners mini-game is becoming very frustrating, especially for new players. Having only 20 seconds to find objects isn't enough time when many of the object names are unfamiliar or use older or very specific terms. I often don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for. Some of the items are old-fashioned musical instruments, hats, or other objects that I've never heard of before. As a new player, I simply don't have that knowledge yet. Because of the short timer, I have to restart over and over, which wastes my energy and breaks my streak. It also makes it difficult to progress through the game. I understand that experienced players at level 1,000 or higher may recognize these object names, but new players are at a huge disadvantage. I love this game and want to keep playing, but I think the mini-games should be balanced better for newer players. Either give us more time or adjust the difficulty based on a player's level. Not everyone has the experience to identify every object in just 20 seconds, and not everyone can afford to spend money just to keep progressing. Please consider making the mini-games more accessible so that new players can enjoy them too.

7 Week Leagues Suck 7 Week Leagues are way too long. They just drag on and on. Players are bored out of their minds by Week 5. The whole point of league is the competition and rewarding teams who go above and beyond. Allowing 3 weeks to earn Sherlock is ridiculous. There should be a more prestigious prize at this point. Sherlock is a dime a dozen now and anyone can get it. Pointless.

Ad issues I play this game regularly and the latest ad batches won’t even load for me to play certain areas. Fix this!

Lost 5 years of playing With the new upgrade it won't let me connect to my FB. Contacted Wooga and they didn't help.

Money hungry There is a lot to do but much of it requires buying diamonds if you want to finish the challenges. Multiple challenges and the main game running at the same time do not give you enough time to finish all unless it is all you do.Wooga has lost their way on this game.

Game gone I was close to level 1500 with many helps and decorations. Suddenly unable to access my game and,despite iCloud and Facebook backup, unable to restore game. Back to level 1.

You don’t have to spend money to win like other people are reporting here! I have turned on adds some I watch other ones not. Put down your device . It’s better for your eyes anyway! I play all the side games that are actually free. I have not spent any money.
