It's like Yakuza Kiwami 2 if the Yakuza Kiwami 2 remaster was actually good and brought more features. Jokes aside though, it is absolutely a phenomenal game. The combat feels really nice, being able to unlock new moves and being able to attack in multiple different ways rather than just pressing square and triangle in different combinations (you can slide, hop over your enemies or wall jump). And the detective work is just superb, you even get extra points for intelligent questions that lead you to your answer the most efficiently. Absolutely recommend this game, for me its on par with Yakuza 0.
I've played Yakuza 0 and Yakuza: Like a Dragon. This game isn't as good as those two, but it's still very solid. The playable protagonist, Yagami, is really cool, and his backstory ties in really well with the detective story. However, compared to the other two Yakuza games I played, Judgement felt like it had less interesting minigames. No karaoke. No cabaret/business management sims. Instead, you have Paradise VR, which is single-player Mario party; drone racing, where you pilot a flying drone; and girlfriend dates, which is a dating sim with four different girls. These weren't as good as the prior minigames.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

going from yakuza 0 and kiwami 1 to this game is like take a really huge leap. The controls get better, the combat is more fluid, the cutscenes are beautiful. the story is engaging too, the types of mechanics in this are a lot. So far really enjoying it, such a good spin off if you ask me and the optimization of this game is decent too.
Judgement and Lost Judgement are the last 2 games in the RGG catalog I have to play in the Yakuza world. I will say the praise people have this game was a bit over-hyped. Judgement was not bad in itself, but it didn't wow me, per say. The combat was fluid and the story was pretty good so I will give it that. Keihan gang sucks to deal with every 5 seconds though. The characters were also well written so I can't complain about them. Not a bad game at all, yet it does have some flaws here and there. Still worth a play!
Ну когда ноугеймс пойдет
An incredible spin-off to one of my most beloved franchises. The characters in this game are done perfectly, Yagami’s character himself was magnificent. The gameplay was so damn fun, especially with the detective focus. One of my main gripes being the tailing missions, never liked them in any game and never will. Combat was fun but can also feel like you’re fighting against it occasionally, and I especially felt the mortal wounds system to be very annoying. The wall jumping feature was actually an incredible addition though, definitely a favorite of mine. The story was extremely engaging and well written. I love the twists and turns the story throws at you, but in the end, it all connects perfectly and fits really well together. It’s something that is especially important in a detective focused game and I’m amazed at how well it came out. The characters were incredible, everyone had so much amazing personality to them. Kaito, Sugiura, and Hoshino were awesome guys, always having Yagami’s back. I admittedly had a soft spot for Saori and Mafuyu, adorable characters.
I loved how Hoshino was in love with Saori. I don’t blame him one bit, she’s really cute. Go get her, tiger. I also felt terrible for Emi and Okubo by the end of the story after all they've been through, so glad it ended on a good note for them as well. The antagonists were executed perfectly in the story, with Shono, AD-9, and Kuroiwa being the main reason for every one of the brutal cases that Yagami investigates. Additionally, tons of the character's backstories were so tragic and seeing that reflect on their motives were really great choices.
It’s a story that did extremely well on almost everything it does. Overall, an incredibly impactful story with incredible characters. This game’s side content and exploration were nice. The map was the beloved Kamurocho itself, always nice to see the classic. To those who never played a Yakuza game, it’s completely new to you. But those who have known it all too well (probably the majority of players?). The side content in this game was fun to experience, especially the side cases, with the reputation level being the only annoying part. It is cool to make friends throughout the city though, like back in Y0. Plus you also get the potential to meet four adorable girlfriends, I personally loved Sana. When it comes to mini-games, the one that takes the cake has to be the oddly fun Paradise VR's Dice and Cube. It’s basically just a giant board game that has Kamurocho as the play area, and you get to earn money as you gather items while also trying to get to the end without running out of dice rolls. It isn’t perfect, but it’s a nice way to earn extra money if you have the play passes for it. One major complaint I had throughout the game was the thumb bypass lockpicking mini-game. It constantly was an issue because developers still think it’s a good idea to tie game mechanics/animations to the frame rate. So if you constantly have issues with the mechanic being nearly impossible, just turn down the frame rate temporarily. Judgement is a game that focuses on a detective theme within the established Like a Dragon universe, and it does it in a near perfect way. You don't actually need to have played the main franchise to be engaged with this game, but I highly recommend playing the main franchise on the off chance that you haven't already. The story and its characters are done well, the gameplay is really fun, and it's packed with interesting side content to experience. Definitely worth it.
One of my favorite games! Excellent story and world building.
Normally you'd ask what can you do in a game but the question that should be asked here is what can't you do. This game has so much to do aside from the main story. Are you lonely and finally want a girlfriend? Say no more this game offers you 4 different girls you can choose from or if you want you can go out with all 4. Do you wanna play something else? Say no more, this game has a lot of arcade games all varying from eachother as well as a casino where you can gamble. There's also other games that require skill and a brain (which I lack so I can't explain them well). You wanna race using a drone? Say no more. There's 10 tracks which you can and then upload your time to see if your better than other people in real life. There's a lot of side content like side cases, making friends and doing shi for them which actually have good stories to them and some which are mainly for comedy. The main story itself was really good but it did have some filler in between which if you just want to play the main story can be kind of annoying but I didn't mind it as it allowed me to explore what the world had to offer. I think my favourite part of the main story was the end mainly the final fight as I was super hyped trynna beat him and how it played out in the case. Something I did find annoying when playing though was the long ass tailing which I got tired off and legit was watching something on the side when doing them as it got boring fast. But other than that I have no complains about the game and would 100% play this again.
la pelicula Police Story de Jackie Chan + saga Yakuza = este juego.
