Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Gameplay felt more like a chore than anything else.A lot of fetch quests.Would i recommend it? Depends.. maybe if you haven't got anything else to play(and that's coming from a big yakuza series fan.The story on the other side is pretty solid, but i recommend watching it on youtube instead and save yourself some time.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Judgement is amazing, It feels like an Yakuza game, but It is different at the same time Here are all the stuff I liked - Good old Kamurocho looks great in this version of the dragon engine, and Yagami can jump over stuff, so It is fun to explore - The plot is great, there are some fun small arcs that connect into a great mystery - Yagami is a great character, his gameplay and plot are some of the best in the Yakuza series - The game runs better than Yakuza 6, you can even play on the steam deck - You can play this game as a standalone, It is more fun if you played Yakuza, but you can start with Judgement Now the bad or annoying stuff - There is an event that happens from time to time where a gang shows up, and It is really annoying - Finding all the cats is a pain in the ass - You have to win at Mahjong to get all the side cases - There is no karaoke - ♥♥♥♥ the Amon fight tl;dr amazing game, great plot, great gameplay, and you don't need to play Yakuza to understand the plot
This game is great, my new fav of the franchise. The story is amazing, characters are clever and the combat flows well and the different styles look gorgeous.
悬疑的地方做的确实不错,案件之间相互关联,有种当初追日剧半泽直树的感觉
It's disappointing to see some of the most interesting top negative reviews. I've played every Yakuza game. Kiwami 1-3, Yakuza 1-8 and Pirate Yakuza. Does this game bring back some of the least liked mechanics like following/hiding, or just outright chases... ?? Yes. does this game do it worse than any of the others? absolutely not. In fact its all been an improvement. While this game does bring back fan-hated segments like mentioned above, they're not so bad? For the following and hiding.. you get more than enough SP in the first few minutes of gameplay to make the "seen" bar less sensitive, and unlike a few other games in the series spending your points on abilities like that early on DOES NOT hurt you at all. Money is its own system as well as well. I genuinely love Yagami as a character, he is as cool as Kiryu. Yagami has a partner who is Ex-Yakuza, Kaito, he is also very interesting. The story is really incredible. Most Yakuza games you are apart of the Yakuza (think Japanese Mafia), this game you are a private detective, former Lawyer who has a tragic past. You work with the Yakuza as well as other Lawyers and the police in Kamurocho in this game. This game at its core is really a Serial killer mystery in Kamurocho, as opposed to Yakuza which are really just really deep crime drama's entirely secluded to the Yakuza families. IE Yakuza civil wars or just major divisions in the Tojo Clan... In this game you are literally investigating a Serial killer (that is tangentially related to the Yakuza) I'd really love a deeper connection between the two stories though beyond just the setting. Both games take place in Kamurocho and the Tojo Clan/Kansai Yakuza are at the center. That is basically the same for most Yakuza games, sure we get areas like Stardust that are brought in inbetween, but we don't ever really hear about Kiryu (or his pseudonym the "Dragon of Dojima". I guess at the end of the day RGG really wanted this to be a beginning entry for people who never played any of the other Yakuza games, but a lot of the game and time framing comes off awkward because of the lack of engagement from any other major Yakuza character. A lot of the story actually kind treats it like those other games never even happened. End of the day I love this game. I've played Every Yakuza, and this game has the same principles you'd expect of a Yakuza game, amazing combat, deep characters, and a really compelling story that makes it really hard to turn the game off.
I thought I am gonna miss Kiryu too much to like this game. I was wrong. I still miss Kiryu, but Yagami is an amazing character and this game has best story of all the yakuza games. Also lots of good mechanics, friends, hot soundtrack and amazing combat. The only parts i didnt like were the "investigation" parts. Amazing game, have fun. 9/10
Idk if I'm experiencing RGG burnout or what, but this game genuinely feels so tedious to play through. 1) A lot of missions are very obvious playtime padding and could've been removed and it wouldn't change a thing. You keep having to run around from quest marker to quest market only to sometimes end up getting absolutely no story progression. 2) The combat needs a lot of progression before it gets good. I will continue to play the game and eventually finish it because maybe it'll get better and better. I will say though, that the art style for this game is hands down the best out of all the RGG games I've played. Will update and flesh out my review once I'm fully done with the game. I really do hope that I won't be disappointed.
