About
Jingjie: Signals is a sandbox focused on emergence and artificial life.
There are no scripted events and no predefined outcomes—everything you see arises naturally from rules, interactions, and probability.

Developer Note:
This game features no tutorials. The system is meant to be observed, not learned.
(There is no randomness here. Every signal has a cause.)
Each particle carries its own genetic parameters that determine how it moves, interacts, and evolves.
Attraction, repulsion, transformation, inheritance—when particles meet, a living micro-world begins to unfold.
No cutscenes. No hidden scripts.
Colonies form, structures stabilize, and species rise or fall purely through systemic interactions.
With a powerful rule editor, you can:
Define forces of attraction and repulsion
Create systems of competition, symbiosis, or predation
Change a single parameter and trigger a cascading butterfly effect
Each adjustment creates a new world.
Slow down time and simply observe.
Watch particle trajectories, structures forming and dissolving, and experience a calming, hypnotic flow of light and motion.
From chaos to order.
Particles spontaneously form stable membrane-like structures, giving rise to higher levels of organization over time.
Build complete ecosystems:
Producers
Consumers
Apex predators
Genes interact through XOR-based rules, producing authentic inheritance and mutation across generations.
Import your own music and watch particles react to sound.
Frequencies and beats directly influence system behavior, creating unique audiovisual evolution patterns.
Jingjie: Signals is not just a game—it is a foundation for exploring emergence, complexity, and artificial life.
Future expansions will build upon this core simulation engine.

Reviews
Looks fun, would love to play it but its all in simplified Chinese. Translated the menus with AI and found settings. Changed a selection to English but has no affect. Ensured the steam game options are on English. Please fix it so i can give it a shot and I'll change the review EDIT: 2/9/2026 Developer fixed the language initialization and now launches with the steam language setting. All in English now! Thanks for the fast response, changed my review based on that, now I can check out the gameplay.
