This game looked fascinating. I really wanted to play this game and enjoy it. But oh my god, the controls are so bad. This is the worst control configuration I have ever seen. It does not map in any coherent way to my controller. It doesn't seem to recognize the D pad at all. Trying to configure this is more trouble than it's worth. I might try it again in the future, but PLEASE provide some reasonable information on the controller config.
Probably the closest thing to Earthbound I've played from the rpgmaker games. Quirky and fun. Highly recommend.
holy underrated

A fun and cheerful romp through colorful lands and friendly characters. You'll never love anyone as much as
Johnathan Bear
loves you.
You will NEVER. Love ANYONE. As much as Johnathan Bear loves YOU.
Lots of questionable game design choices but still an amazing hidden gem overall if you have the patience
It's like Mother 3's weird cousin, I love it, the soundtrack is addictive, the story is intriguing, and it has those silly jokes that make me think about Mother 3 and Earthbound
feels like a love letter to earthbound in many ways, therefore i love it
One of the better RPGs I've played in recent years. Highly underrated! I love games that mix the light and dark, the contrast brings out its themes more than just a straight horror game. I played on easy mode to minimize grinding, though even then later fights required it. Music was great too,, there are several standout tracks, but it all fit together well.
one of the most impactful games i've played. It's been years since I've finished it, and I still think about the mouse storyline often. whilst the gameplay can get repetitive, and the cartoon aesthetic and crude humour is slightly annoying at times, the good stuff far outweighs the bad. In the best way possible, I think someone could complete 100% of the game and still not understand everything about it. so so happy about the new update and that it's getting more attention recently. would recommend to rpg fans.
