About
New York City. July 2063. Four workers have gone missing somewhere in the Brooklyn Understructure, a maze of sewage pipes and abandoned passageways deep below the city streets. Genevieve Marconi, a mercenary with a taste for high-risk jobs, is hired to uncover their whereabouts.
As Genevieve, you'll have to fight your way through a horde of drones. Shoot them with energy blasts or smash them to pieces with your broom. Use volleys of missiles and powerful super moves to turn the tide of battle.
This is a spectacle fighter / shooter hybrid. There's third-person shooting and a fast-paced melee system, plus some extra metered abilities that you can use for big momentum swings in fights. Jenny's got a fairly complex combat toolset, and we hope you'll enjoy learning to master it.
Use Jenny's broom to navigate the treacherous chambers of the Understructure. The game has platforming. It's not too intense, but we wanted to put some in to show off the improvements we've made to our character movement (and also, who doesn't like airdashing over bottomless pits?)
Earn a high score by smashing drones with grace and swiftness. You can spend cash earned during your mission on upgrades and new abilities. Honestly, what else do you want to know? We've put a score system in all our games and this one's no exception. Do long combos to raise your score. Spend your score on new abilities (like special melee attacks, super moves, etc) so you can do sicker combos. You'll also be able to replay the game with your unlocks intact after beating it once.
This game isn't expensive. It's a few hours long, and it's got significant replayability via its difficulty options, scoring system, etc. This is a short game. Please buy this if you like short games.

Reminds me of those more obscure PS2-era action games with tons of personality. Some platforming sections were indeed a bit frustrating, but didn't really dent all that much my experience with the game.
I have voided the warranty.
I adore the vibes and aesthetic of this game its so cool being a kick ass robo witch, the combat is also super fun especially when you unlock different abilities. The platforming was a little annoying but I got the hang of it eventually. Hope there is more in the future :D

Прикольная небольшая игрушка. Довольно аутентично воспроизводит вайб PS2 игр. Отлично играется на steam deck, не понятно почему до сих пор нет зеленой галочки. Советую забиндить прыжок и дэш на лепестки.
had my eye on this one for a while and definitely enjoyed my time with it, really really vibe with the visuals and style, the world design and aesthetics are great, and while a bit short, the story is interesting and the characters are cool. combat is a little frustrating, seemed to get stuned a lot by things that didnt seem like they should have stunned, some attacks whif past enemies, the hyperdash attack especially so. more than likely user error, have never been that great at spectacle fighters and combo focused combat, the few occasions where i started to "flow state" the combat felt really good, its just kinda a shame i couldnt really figure out how to get there consistently. the platforming is.... it sure is, feels very inconsistent, the fan segments were kinda rage enducing as the fans just never seemed to give me the right amount of thrust to make it where i was supposed to make it, untill they randomly did. not a bad game by any means, like i said i enjoyed it, it just has some jank that youll need to look past. looking forward to the devs next game, steel carnelian, and i hope we get a a lot more of this world and these characters too.
The game has real strong "what if megaman legends made it to the 6th gen" vibes and I dig it. The platforming and melee is awkward, but I feel like it adds to said vibe. I know the dev said it was a short game, but I was left wishing there was a bit more.
Amazing style, fun combat. Also play the Steel Carnelian demo.
Feels good to play, if you liked the demo, you should still like this- a lot less mindless than most hack and slashes I've played
Pretty cool little game. It won't blow your mind or anything, but it's worth spending an afternoon on. also she has sol j.D lol
Charming little snack of a game that knows exactly what it wants to be. If you like "oh wait, I can combo THIS into THIS and send EVERYBODY flying" gameplay, you'll like this. Made me want more, which considering the price point and the studio having other stuff in the works, is good! There are a few "mean" platforming jumps, but idk that I'd make them easier. Maybe if the shield refills fast (only) after falling in a pit, so you can try again while you're still feeling pumped? The Neon White/Meatboy/Cuphead "it's hard but you're back in there FAST" vibe. Don't be like me and wait til the end of the game to utilize the "smack, then dash" combo. You want the time-slow. Trust.
