Beautiful game.
It takes a war to say farewell.
The gunplay is really nice!!! Groundbraking stuff
TL;DP: These guys all suck at this knockoff early 2000s shooter. No wonder their friend group sucks. On a more serious note, the game is - imo, just fine? $5 is an okay asking price for what it is, but I've seen it get mentioned on Youtube pretty often. The end result is less impressive than the hype gives it. The overall message is relatable, but the older I am the less
matter like people having different activities with friends that aren't me
messes with me. I can see the story hitting home more for certain people though, and I think it does an okay job of presenting that. At the end of the day though, there gameplay is uh...pretty bad. It's clearly supposed to be like, but it would be nice for that to be enjoyable. I'm giving it a recommended rating, since it's unique in the approach. A couple moments made me go "oh, that's really cool," but it doesn't go much further than that. Since it's unique, does what it wants well enough, and is cheap? Doesn't do enough wrong to suggest not playing it.

I was amazed at how well-run this story is. Personally, this game transports me to my teenage self in that search for connection, clashing with the frustration of not being able to read signs properly and spend time with people who are out of touch with me. He certainly hit the right spots.

It's a short and simple game, but very unique in its narrative and surprises. If you like The Corridor, you'll like this. I won't say too much other than that.
Wow! I only stumbled across this game because I watch video essays while I work sometimes. I was watching Ritley's "It Takes A War Is Horrible. It Takes A War Is Incredible." video and the beginning of the video intrigued me and he gave the disclaimer that if I was intrigued I should click off and go buy the game and I'm so glad I did. This would've been a game I completely missed had it not been for my video essay habits and I am so glad I didn't write it off. This was such a unique experience, one that gave me chills over and over again.
