Isotiles 2 is an isometric puzzle game and the sequel to Isotiles. Like the first game, the main goal of each level is to remove all the blue tiles and then get to the exit tile. The game features all new levels and some new tile types as well for more interesting puzzles.

A neat short puzzle game. That last level is challenging, but if you poke around long around, you'll get the solution. Definitely give this one a go.
The first game wasn't very good as the puzzles were uninteresting and had few features and lacked an undo button. But not this time. This time there are many features, the levels are definitely interesting and we got a much needed undo button. The only negative is that if you use an ice tile and get blocked by a red tile, you cannot undo the action and are permanently stuck on the ice tile. Level 17 is a good example. If this happens, you have to quit the level and start from the beginning. This almost made me not recommend the game as it is very annoying, but the rest of the game is very good. Robert Alvarez, if you're reading this: please fix that bug!
Just like the first game, it's a simple and short but nice puzzle game. A bargain on sales and in general in my opinion. Simple except for the last level which I didn't manage to complete on my own somehow xDD.
Relaxing, easier to pick up than it seems at first. Isotiles is fairly simple and easy, although the controls are annoying, especially with the angle of the top down isometric view. Fortunately there is an undo button as opposed to the first game, aswell as some more interesting puzzles, and a few more new mechanics. 7/10 as far as puzzle games go, it's more for turning your brain off and sinking a little bit of time in it than being a challenge. It was worth the price.
Isotiles 2

Time Played:
5 Minutes
Last Played:
26th of January, 2026

Terraria 1.4.5 Lead-up Volume 32. ...in which I test a hypothesis, and have it unfortunately-proven.
Yay:
+ Hub World! + Minimalist art style was charming to me. + Immediately feels like an evolution of the first. + You can undo moves, rather than needing to restart the entire level.
Meh:
~ Nothing found.
Nay:
- Nothing by way of controller support. - Just as uncontrollable as the first, a marked delay being present between letting go of a key, and the character stopping. - This leads to numerous errors that then need to be undone to continue trying to play. - All of this culminates to a massive, convoluted time waste.

Verdict:
The hope was that this one would fix the issues of the first game, and revise the slidy controls to make it playable without tapping every input. That was very much not the case, and as a result, this gets sorted to the same bin the first one was...
Placed in:
5: Dourly-Dismissed.
最後幾關的難度很不科學。 時隔好幾年才又把它翻出來破完。
A lot of levels don't have any logical solution, you just need to try, open hidden tiles and try again (sometimes several times)
The sequel to the original Isotiles game guarantees you can eat away at it more leisurely, like biscuits.
Игра вышла более сложной чем первая, но можно пару часов поиграть
